Counting Sheep exists to make sleep feel good again. Modern life has a habit of keeping our minds switched on long after our bodies are ready to power down. You brush your teeth, get into bed, and your brain decides now is the moment to rewrite tomorrow's to-do list and replay a slightly awkward conversation from 2014. We surveyed around a thousand UK adults and found we are not alone. 73% get six hours or less. More than half say they can never switch their brain off. Most of the category answers that with tracking, scores and optimisation. We wanted to do the opposite. Something calmer, kinder, simpler. The problem usually is not sleep itself. It is a nervous system that modern life never fully lets unwind. Calm the system, and sleep follows. That is what both our products are formulated to do. 'Calm' is a sugar-free evening drink. One stick stirred into water between 6pm and 9pm, in Orange & Yuzu or Mixed Berry. We’ve all been there with the artificial taste of protein powders, so I know exactly the suspicion you went in with. We spent a slightly embarrassing amount of time getting both the Wild Berry and the Orange & Yuzu flavours right, precisely because magnesium on its own tastes like licking a battery, and nobody is going to stick with a wind-down routine that makes them wince.
So “just like any other berry drink” might be the nicest thing anyone has said to us all week. Thank you for taking the time to write it. If you haven’t tried the Orange & Yuzu yet, that one’s next on your list.

High quality sleep & mood aids!
A great set of high quality sleep and mood aids. I’ve been trying the sachets of fruity flavoured mood balancing drinks that have helped me to feel calmer and more balanced. I’ve also tried the sleep supplements which are in the form of two tablets daily about an hour before bedtime. The tablets were easy to take and helped me to have a more restful sleep. The items all came beautifully and carefully packaged and I’d be more than happy to recommend the company and its products.

Love the product! I find the night capsules help me to wind down specially after a very long 12 hour shift. It helps me to switch off and actually have a goodnight sleep.

Great taste, helps me relax
I've had a really great experience with Counting Sheep so far! I've got the berry sachet flavour to mix in with water and it honestly tastes like squash! The only slight drawback is that it takes a bit of stirring/using a hand wisk to get rid of some of the lumps but that's not a problem. I've been having a sachet a night for about a week now and I definitely feel like it just helps me to relax in the evening and helps my brain switch off. I take the capsules about 30 mins before bed as recommended and I would definitely say I've been falling into a deeper sleep than previously. It's something I really want to keep in my daily routine

I’ve been trying Counting Sheep recently and have been really impressed. I’m someone who rarely feels like I’ve had truly restorative sleep, but I’ve genuinely noticed a difference and have been waking up feeling much more refreshed. A great product, has genuinely changed my sleep for the better
Communication is amazing and the delivery was super speedy. I am a person who finds falling asleep and staying asleep really hard, but since I’ve been taking the sleep supplements I have genuinely seen a huge improvement and I must be sleeping deeply as I’ve been having such vivid dreams each night. Now definitely part of my evening routine.
