Brilliant case. Hard wearing

Terrible customer service - I ordered in Black Friday and didn’t receive my items until weeks later, and these weren’t the correct items. I contacted customer service who stated they’d resent the items but I am yet to receive, they are now stating they must have been lost by courier, which seems to be a common excuse!

Bought two Taylor swift inspired covers for my daughter and her friend and I am appalled at the poor quality of the cases. They are so poor for the price, so flimsy and the decor is not as advertised. I do not recommend and will not be ordering from this company again.

My order didn't get sent out for almost 2 weeks but it arrived ontime for xmas. 1 item was missing but they had put in 2 extra phone cases and 2 hot chocolate and marshmallow mixes so i never bothered about the missing item. However they emailed me to check I'd received my order and when i said about the missing item they said they would send it out. Great customer service

I ordered a case which came not up to quality and emailed the customer service who issued me a replacement, that replacement got lost by Evri (typical) and they had to issue me another which also come damaged so they replaced that with no hassle what so ever.

Customer service agent Khadija is brilliant and responded to me as quickly as they can and helps me with any issues.

When my first order came they were the wrong size for my phone. I wasn’t sure if I was still in time to return them but when I reached out, they could not have been more helpful and after a few emails to check some details, replacements were sent out straight away with no fuss! 😊

My first parcel didn't arrive, due to courier company, but after emailing I had a new one sent straight out with a free gift! Excellent customer service 😊

they have kinda ok communication but the cherry on top was finding all the cases being sold by a smaller person much cheaper (£2.40-£5ish) per case… literally all the designs this site has are there, glad i found it before actually buying one from here. (it’s the exact same case just doesn’t have “love cases” at the bottom ruining it😂😂😂😂😂

Ordered 16th November, still not arrived. Lots of email replies blaming everything except poor service.

Amazing!! Honestly probably the best customer service I’ve had. There was an issue with communication about my order but the team explained, apologised and sorted my order that same day. Plus added some cute extras in my order 🥺🥰

This is the first time I've bought from this small company but it certainly won't be the last. I ordered a personalised sack for my granddaughter's Christmas presents and a tote bag. Both arrived beautifully packaged. Really good quality and well worth the cost. A couple of small freebies were also included. I was blown away at the generosity of such a small business. It works though because I'm about to put in a second, larger order. The quality of the sack and the bag feel and look really good. Even without the freebies I would re-order for that alone. I would highly recommend.

I bought a case for an iPhone 12 and iPhone 15 but ended up sending one back due to my friend not buying the new phone. They were so lovely to me when I requested a refund and was sorted in a matter of days. Just put another order through as upgrading my phone! Can’t wait for it to arrive.

Nothing’s too much trouble. Even if things aren’t quite right which is extremely rare, they are straight on it to sort it out. I don’t go anywhere else now for my cases.

I have purchased many products over the years and they never disappoint! I buy for myself and my mum, we are always so pleased. Any questions or queries are always answered promptly via email or message. When I wanted to change an order they did it no problem. They always reward customers for loyalty which is amazing💕

On the rare occasion I've had problems with an order I've emailed them and they've been very quick to respond and they're super helpful in sorting problems out.

Lovely case, great service

The pros;
The cases are so pretty and there's so many incredible designs.
Delivery was super quick so I could use the cases almost instantly.
They make me smile every time I look at my phone

The cons;
-They're not the most protective cases in the world. I've dropped my phone a couple of times (super clumsy) and theres been no damage yet but they feel a little flimsy so I can't fully trust them to protect my phone.
-I expected the design to be printed properly onto the case. In both instances (ordered a halloween case and a Christmas case) it's just a sticker thats poorly stuck over the top and easily peels off. My halloween case I had to glue it myself as it was frustrating me, I fear i'm going to have to do the same with the Christmas one. It even has a little tab at the bottom which implies you're meant to peel it off ?
