Fantastic platform that we weren’t sure if we needed but now we have we would never look back. With 600 members the accounting was never a job that could be put down, now it is. Some areas still not reducing admin time but Loveadmin constantly coming up with new add on bits and ensuring you get told and trained . Feels like a real personal service and that you are important every time you ring. We so glad we made the leap.

The system was very easy to set up and once I was up and running, the customer support team were always there at the end of the phone to help with anything.

Easy to use once it is up and running and has reduced our admin a lot! Getting the system set up was a slightly lengthy process but worth it

The system is really easy to use and manages all our classes and events at an increasingly busy gymnastics club.

Whenever I have any questions the team are always on hand with a smile and an answer - and if the system can’t achieve what you want then the developers are more than happy to look into how this can be achieved.

After previously outsourcing our membership administration to an external company, we are now able to manage it ourselves thanks to LoveAdmin. It’s been brilliant to be able to bring the work in-house in a manageable way and has meant that we can give our members the support they need.

Using LoveAdmin saves us a huge amount of time in having to chase and collect payments. it also gives us all the information in one place and gives us the facility to export data using a variety of filters. It takes a short while to set up and fully understand all the functions but the support from the LoveAdmin team is excellent.

The team at LoveAdmin have really helped us get the system set up in a way that works for us. We are a complex club and still have some way to go to use all the functionality that LoveAdmin can provide but the team work closely with us and I'm confident that we will together achieve a great reduction in admin time, increased revenue and better security of our member's personal data

Always available to help with any issues that come up and they are always finding ways to improve the software to decrease Admin time.

Enables us to manage our membership and payments efficiently. The interface is a bit daunting but this is more than made up for by the quality of the telephone and online screenshare support. They have solved any problems I have had quickly and pleasantly

Great system for managing our classes and events. Super helpful admin team and quick response to any queries.

Since joining last year, the whole package of the database, online help guides and the personal touch from the LoveAdmin team, with a big call out for Anya and the way that she just makes everything come across so simple... :)

This has made it so much easier for us as a fishing club to administer both the yearly renewals and new joiners throughout the year.

Since joining Loveadmin our workload has reduced drastically, being a volunteer organisation that is very valuable to us.

We have all our club member registrations and tournament entry forms on there, all the payments are taken via the system too.

Sending mass communication to our members is easy.

The system takes a little bit of playing around to understand how things work, but the team are on hand to assist with anything and will take you through it step by step if need be until you have mastered it.

The customer care is outstanding, if they are unable to answer your query immediately they will do their best to come back to you as quickly as possible.

Joining Loveadmin has been a great step forward for our ever growing Youth Football Club.

From the aspect of functionality, ease of use, cost effectiveness, LoveAdmin rates a solid 4.9 out of 5.

But for friendliness and speed of response of the staff, both for the training sessions and the support calls and emails, LoveAdmin easily hits 5 out of 5.

Loveadmin has made our member subscription far more efficient, manageable and transparent to all. We were a typical Grassroots football club using paper based systems that were hard to manage. Loveadmin has transformed our membership database and subscription fee collections.

Despite the complexities of the system as a new customer the help team have been very good and clear in their explanations. No doubt with greater exposure to the system this will become even easier.

Introduced to LoveAdmin last season and it made immediate improvements to our collection of Subs. Yes, there were initial teething problems, but the Support Team are there to help you at all times. GoCardless was more straightforward than PayPal to setup, but this is outside of LoveAdmin's control.
