I have just received my 3rd Long and Son Cross Body Clutch bag ( in navy this time) I am delighted with it. These bags are beautifully made and perfect to slip in a holiday suitcase to take out in the evening or for theatre or dinner. It arrived very promptly and was beautifully packaged with perfumed tissue paper. This company have given great service on 3 occasions and I would purchase from them again.

What can I say but a truly personalised and thoughtful shop. I ordered a candle not only was it delivered very quickly. But the box smiled amazing. Showcasing their perfumes.

The hand written message was a lovely personal touch. Wish I lived nearer so I could visit.

Very prompt personal service, even sprayed perfume on the tissue packaging paper which felt a special touch. Lovely bee design wellingtons, good quality. Will use again.

From start to finish my online shopping experience with Lornashouse Lifestyle has been great. My order was acknowledged and dispatched quickly, and clear communications received throughout the process.
However, my favourite part was the personal touch. My order arrived with a typed summary, and a lovely handwritten note thanking me for my purchase - and the outer parcel spritzed a delicate perfume. Fabulous! Thank you so much x

Absolutely delighted with the two Jess and Lou cable knit scarves I ordered. The items were exactly as shown in the photos on the website and they are wonderfully soft. A nice handwritten note was included with the items, which were carefully packaged and arrived quickly via Royal Mail.

Received my order today very happy with my order.
Great packaging very happy with this company will be purchasing more clothes

Received my first parcel yesterday and I only ordered on Monday! Absolutely love my item and found the ordering process easy and helpful. Delivery was swift with a personal note included. I will definitely use Lornashouse lifestyle again. Thankyou

I have just received my first purchase and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. I wanted a pair of leopard print platform trainers and I found them. Also I didn’t want white laces and these came with a beige laces.
The price was excellent, even though I had to pay for delivery, they were still a bargain. Well made item. Delivered by, Royal Mail within 3 days of ordering. Beautifully packaged, in a box, wrapped in scented tissue paper (now I’m tempted to purchase some perfume too). Each shoe had it’s own protective bag, which I will be using to store my purchase.
Love love love them. Outstanding service…Thank-you. I’m sooo happy

Bought a belt for a wedding and it’s fabulous. Quick delivery and beautifully wrapped in pink tissue paper.
Would definitely use them again.
Great service and a great product.

My first order was perfect. They didn’t have a pair of trousers I wanted, so rang the shop. So helpful so kind. Found one pair in the shop and put it on line. Ordered it and it’s here today. What more can you ask for. Also the spray they put on the packaging was so nice. Ordered that as well, and a fine knit top. All perfect. Thank you Noel you were lovely

I was looking for a particular pair of shorts to ones that I already had but in a different colour. Not many places sold them so I tried Lornashouse Lifestyle simply because it came up on Google as having stock. I looked at the website and it was great so I ordered a few more items and ordered. It was all dispatched super quickly with a lovely personal message within the delivery which was really nice. Definitely would use again and have already been looking at what to purchase next!

What a fantastic wee shop! Gorgeous clothing and range of brands. Super fast delivery. Delighted with my first order and level of comms and customer service. Definitely one to follow!

Well deserved 5*, Excellent service, quick delivery and a well made quality product. My cap is great, a good fit and beautiful materials. The after shave...I'll let you know later, when she let's me out of the bedroom...phew.

Enjoyed browsing web site, possibly too much! Ordering was simple and products arrived promptly with packaging smelling delightful. The personal touch is just how it should be. Sadly in this day and age it is a quality lacking in so many places. Thank you Lorna's House. We will be ordering again.
Kind regards
Amanda & Rick

Got my parcel absolutely fine, but inside there was a receipt and a thank you for shopping with us typed, but below was a hand written thank you note which was lovely and it felt personal. I also got a tester of a perfume and it also stated the the package was sprayed with another scent, and I could really smell it! Thank you for you really nice personal touch and the perfume I bought was as good as I remembered! If anyone is reading this, it’s called DINARA scent and smells like baby talc that people complement every time I wear it. I’ve bought some as presents last Christmas and I’ll probably get more

Placed my first order which was a Criss Cross Chunky Knit Layering Jumper Chocolate. The delivery was super quick and when I opened it the most beautiful smell wafted out of the package as it was spritzed with their own perfume. There was a handwritten note welcoming me to Lornashouse which was such a lovely touch and made me feel like a valued customer. I immediately went back online to order another jumper as I was so impressed!! Thank you very much for making me feel special!!
