International order

Lordgun had a great price on Favero power pedals. Since I ordered from United States I had a separate UPS charge and import fee which I paid directly to them. My pedals arrived timely. I am pleased with them.

“Fast Shipping and Excellent Service!”

I had a great experience shopping at Lordgun.com. The product I ordered, a Continental tire, was dispatched very quickly and arrived without any issues. The item itself is exactly as described, and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. The fast shipping and reliable service make this a store I would definitely recommend!

Dear customer,

thank you for contacting us and sending us feedback.
Please note that import duties and taxes are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We clearly mention at checkout that orders shipped to the USA may be subject to these import fees upon delivery.

While we understand these charges can be unexpected, all relevant information was displayed in the cart before completing your purchase.
Kind Regards
Lordgun Team

Hello

Hello, my name is Guillermo. I had no problems with this store. I had bought from them countless times and in large volumes, but the last time they charged me a shipping fee. I had never been informed about that fee and it was the first time they charged me, which caused a very significant increase in my costs. I decided to return the merchandise because at those prices it was of no use to me. However, they still charged me the shipping fees, which seems unfair to me because I did not receive the products.

Svar fra Lordgun

Dear Guillermo,

Thank you for reaching out. We truly value your continued support and appreciate the many purchases you’ve made with us over time.

We're sorry to hear about your recent experience and the unexpected shipping charges. We understand how this change may have come as a surprise, especially given your long-standing relationship with our store.

To clarify, as your order was shipped outside of the European Union, it is subject to international shipping regulations. This includes customs duties and taxes, which are assessed by the destination country's customs authorities. These fees are not charged by us but are standard for all shipments sent outside the EU, and they must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.

When customs fees are not paid within the required timeframe, the courier is obligated to return the package to us. In such cases, shipping costs and return fees are deducted from the refund, as outlined in our shipping and returns policy.

While we regret any inconvenience this has caused, we encourage all our international clients to review potential customs costs before placing an order, as these fees can vary depending on the destination country’s regulations.

Kind Regards
Lordgun Team

Two Purchases from Lord Gun

I have purchased two items from Lord Gun, tires and a power meter. I am in the United States and their items ship from Italy. I am extremely pleased with their service and the reasonable shipping time it takes to get to California. Their prices are very competitive as well.

Svar fra Lordgun

Dear customer,

thank you for contacting us and sending us feedback.
Please note that our shipments are dispatched from Italy. As such, for customers outside the European Union, customs duties may apply upon the parcel’s arrival in the destination country. You can find more details on our shipping policies here:
https://www.lordgun.com/help/delivery-infos
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimate of the potential customs charges, as these fees are determined and collected directly by the local customs authorities. We kindly inform you that any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in full.

For specific information regarding these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

Kind Regards
Lordgun Team
