Very fast delivery and legit website

I have ordered several things from Lordgun in the past several months to the US.

They are legitimate company and when the items I have ordered have reached me they have been in the described condition.

The problem I have experienced is with how they have handled the customs situations with the US.

While they do have a warning that their items are shipping from the EU when you purchase from the US and they ask you to acknowledge this, I have run into issues where they have not communicated that the items they have sold me are originating in China (not in the EU) and has created a separate set of issues at customs.

When I reached out to them they acknowledged that they did not communicate this information about the product originating in China, yet continued to say that the responsibility for customs duties caused by the items country of origin rest on the buyer.

As there is no way for us buyers to know with this company where the goods are originating I would advise US shoppers to avoid buying from here else you will risk a very expensive import duty fee.

Hopefully they will eventually become more transparent and acknowledge their role in creating these very annoying situations.

Their comments below illustrates my point, they do not communicate important information about the places they do business and say stuff like “it’s the buyer’s responsibility to figure out what their import duties will be” without giving you the information upfront to do that calculation.

If you are based in the US do not buy from them, they are too difficult to work with!

Excellent service, goods arrived on time and as described.

My current online bike related merchant. Good prices, excellent support even in warranty cases. If I need something, Lordgun is my first choice.

Never had a problem they get order correct every time and their prices are great and they’re shipping to United States is pretty quick

We purchased two Carbon-Ti X-Carbon Rings from Lordgun. We are USA customers. We received two items that would not work with our bicycles and promptly returned the items to Lordgun for a refund or exchange. However, Lordgun has refused to provide UPS the proper import information and 30 days later, the items are still sitting on the UPS warehouse! We had to file a dispute with PayPal to see if we could get any resolution. You keep insisting and replying to our feedback saying "Lordgun cannot contact the courier or the customs instead of the client because, as we are not the sender, they would not accept our request." This is NOT correct as per UPS. YOU as the receiver has to contact them for International Duty Relief Documents they need from you. We as customers ALREADY paid shipping, you have to accept the merchandise in your country, which you refuse to accept!

Excellent service, fast shipping to the USA, no issues! Have purchased before from Lordgun and has always been a good experience, good communication as to shipping, status etc.

My order was sent les then 1 day after my order. It arrived a day after and i'm satisfied with the item.

I ordered a new radial mt bike tire from Lordgun on the same day I ordered another radial tire from a USA based company.
The Lordgun shipment arrived one day earlier to my SW Missouri USA location than did the USA based shipment. AND the Lordgun shipping cost was less expensive.

I got a battery extender from them at a great price and was delivered to Ireland without any problem. Same item couldn't be delivered from Germany(Bike Discount)

Fast delivery and everything in line with what was ordered. Also the price was very interesting.
The choose was very wide and also a lot of brands available.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order. I never received the product, yet I was still charged for it. On top of that, I was billed an additional $380 by UPS, which is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.

Easy, cheap and fast

I have used these guys to buy tires, inner tubes, Sidi shoes, etc. They always have great service and the stuff arrives perfectly in the Bay Area (N California) in a few days. All good.

This is my first time to buy something from Lordgun but not my last. The schwalbe tires that I ordered were a fantastic price with unbelievably quick shipping. From order to receiving them was only about 3 days to Maryland! I don't know how they do it, but I'm glad they do!! Thank you!!
