Phone came in with no damage at all, not even a scratch! Battery must have just been replaced since it had 100% Health. Very pleased with the pristine condition quality. Shipping is fast as well.

First time shopping on loop mobile, shipping was fast and cases had great discounts. Received an apple silicone case but I ended up ordering the wrong size. Their customer support team was extremely helpful, I reached out via email and they were able to get the issue sorted pretty quickly. Was skeptical at first about purchasing from a new website but overall experience was great!

Loop Mobile is a great option if you don't want to break the bank and are comfortable buying refurbished products. I ordered a pristine iPhone 13 Mini, and it arrived in better condition than I expected. I was prepared to receive a phone with 80% maximum battery capacity, so imagine my surprise to see that it was 100%. I was really happy about this since there wasn't an option to request a battery upgrade. I didn't see any noticeable scratches outside of maybe a slight chip around the border of the camera. I haven't had a chance to make any phone calls, but I'll update the review if there are any problems.

My only gripe is you need to be strategic when you order a device. Loop Mobile ships most of its products via FedEx 2-Day and (understandably) requires a direct signature. I wasn't planning on being home for most of the day, so I attempted to reschedule the delivery instead to a day I didn't have any plans. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to make a difference. FedEx's delivery tracking still said it was arriving early (i.e., the original scheduled day). Long story short, I had to wait until the following day so I could sign for my delivery.

Overall, I would recommend Loop Mobile for gently used electronics, provided you plan ahead of time to ensure you or a housemate is available to sign for the delivery.

Bought a refurbished I phone through Amazon from this company. It is locked. I am having to wait a day or two to hear fro Loop.

Haven’t received my iPhone as of today. I can’t pull up the tracking information online, called customer service and No representative wasn’t available and they hung up. Need to do better with the customer service support and online ordering.. Not satisfied with the experience.

We received a device that would not turn on.

they were supposed to send me an unlocked phone, but it was not. sent me the wrong plugs and cords. paid good money on screen protector and data transfer and they are not interested in that at all. Will not use them again or recommend them

Don’t buy from them they report your phone stolen after 5 months and then your phones a paper weight and they won’t do anything about it

I paid for a very good graded phone and I received a port clogged dented and paint chipped phone that’s really rated fair at best.

After some anxiety from my side, the shipment arrived at my front door in time. There were glitches that made believe that the delivery would be late, but all went well. Faster communication with Loop in times like these would be good. Thank you for a good deal!

Completely Useless. So I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro from these guys (through Back Market). It arrived DOA with a dead battery incapable of holding a charge. Returned/exchanged it and received a different one with the same exact problem. Now I’m waiting (less than patiently) for a refund. This seller is completely useless and can’t even perform a simple check (like turning the device on to see if it works) before shipping.

The computer seems to be exactly what was promised, a pristine 2021 MacBook Pro. I would have liked to have seen an original charger with it but the aftermarket charger that was included, seems to work well.

NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM HERE AGAIN!

I recently put a brand new Bluetooth radio in my vehicle with Apple CarPlay. I work hard for my money and want to enjoy my liberties in life. My phone, however, would not connect to this CarPlay. I figured it was my car the entire time. For weeks, I began to send my car back and forth, to and from the place I got the work done for my Bluetooth radio. By the time they figured out it was my phone, I wanted to get a full refund on the phone I had just purchased. By this point, it had been past 90 days, and I was not able to receive a full refund. The only solution was to send a phone back without a replacement so I could be sent another one. I don’t know about y’all, but I bought a phone because I NEEDED a new phone, not because I wanted one. They expected me to have a “backup” phone as I waited for a new phone. They will not, however, send me a phone if I don’t send them the defective one they sent me back. I cannot transfer my stuff over to my old phone because it only holds 64 gigs of storage as the one I have now holds 256 gigs. Even if I wanted to, I couldn’t transfer back to my old phone (a 6s) due to the fact it simply cannot hold the amount of storage I have put on the new one. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase with still no resolution, so to save y’all some time and money, I would never purchase an item from here again. I am now out $700 with a cheap ass phone and charger. That’s also another thing. The charger recently broke after not even a year of owning the phone. Please listen to me when I tell y’all this. I’m not just blowing smoke. I’m trying to help people who work hard for their money to not make bad financial decisions like I have by purchasing a phone from Loop Mobile.

PS. Fix your customer service hotline. Nobody answers the damn phone. I couldn’t get anybody on the phone for weeks. Horrible business, horrible customer service.

Overall I am pleased with my purchase. It took two days of me requesting the tracking number but once I received it, it was just waiting on USPS to deliver my watch and that took a week, but that was out of the company control. The watch is as described on their site, pristine, looks like a brand new watch. Works just fine so far.
