I had a password issue with my account at Apple. It went on for months. Me asking Apple to lift the lock activated by a Recovery Key which my father lost. Apple decided to treat my iPhone as stolen and presided to shut it down. When Apple refused to accept Loop Mobile’s proof of ownership Loop Mobile came to my rescue and offered me a replacement phone. This turned into a refund. I really appreciate Loop Mobile’s integrity and will order from them again!

The only thing I bought a refurbished iPhone from this company. When it was received the phone was locked and there was no way to get into it. And because I tried to transfer my old sim to the new phone, my old SIM got destroyed in the process. Talked with customer support on mint mobile. They said to return the phone. This company did not unlock the phone like they said they would. This service does not seem legitimate. There are a lot of fake five-star reviews buyers beware. Unless if they can correct this situation, they're going to have one star and this will be a blemish to their reputation forever.

I received a galaxy s23 ultra from this company using back market I ordered the device as premium all parts original however the phones screen was a cheap aftermarket replacement so cheap that even the edges dont match so it was pretty obvious straight out of the box Im gonna return this phone now a complete time and monwy wasters never will go with this company neither back market again. If you promise something you have to provide it as a company.

The 2nd star is for how easy and fast the return and refund went, otherwise it would be 1 star. I purchased a 2023 MacBook Pro on the Back Market marketplace and the seller was Loop-Mobile. Condition was supposed to be "Excellent". Here's how it went; packaging was bad, basically the laptop was put in a bag and then in a box, no packaging, so it, and the charger bounced around for a week, traveling from Indiana to California. Laptop was grimey and dirty, the prior owner or the refurbisher obviously had a dandruff issue. This laptop looked like it had living in the backseat of a pickup truck, then the owner decided to sell it to Loop-Mobile who then threw it in a box and shipped it to me. Then I tried to fire it up, nothing DOA. Wouldn't charge, nothing. Which is probably why the return was easy. Will not do business with Loop-Mobile or Back Market again.

Many companies sell refurbished Apple stock via Amazon, but what sets them apart is service if something goes wrong. Having bought an Apple Watch 10 months ago, I had an issue and contacted Loop Mobile who asked for it to be returned for analysis. They sent me a reply paid label ✔️ Then I got a message to say they didn’t have an exact replacement but offered me two choices. Not ideal, but not a real issue. 2 days later I open the box and find an Apple Watch that has 100% battery health and looks like new ✔️ ✔️ ✔️ Wow. They could have fobbed me off with a less than perfect watch as my returned one did have a chip on the corner. Great customer service and aftercare. I was worried that this would not be the case and was pleasantly surprised. Well done Loop Mobile.

Bought a phone from them from amason and needed to return it because of some issues. Tried contacting Amazon to try to help me get a refund. Short story it took me 4 supervisors and 2 weeks to try to get it. I finally asked for the sellers number. They were able to help me and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

I got one of the MacBook pros, and it worked great for 6 months before unfortunately having an issue with the battery. I was frustrated but reached out to the team and they were able to help me either find a replacement or get a refund - which I did. Would recommend them because of this help!

Item shipping and customer service was excellent - very helpful and responsive. They even refunded me $50 due to the laptop's minor issues like screen discoloration, and the battery life wasn't quite as expected, but I believe the company is genuinely working on improvements. I'm hopeful future customers will have an even better experience.

THEY DON'T LISTEN AND ONLY GIVE CANNED RESPONSES.

I purchased a refurbished laptop from loop mobile and after a few months of usage the screen has a failure. Loop Mobile was great in customer service and replaced the laptop in great timely manner. I highlight recommend them to anyone. As I will be using again as they are a true and trustworthy vendor.
