Stellar service. Problem with shipping and they immediately took ownership. Adorable glasses too. :)

Dangerous glasses. The "clear" view has a double glare, so when watching tv there's a second tv right above it. When driving there's a full set of lights above the real lights. Magnification below is barely any and the window for it to be clear it so tiny that you have to place your head in the exact position lined up perfectly or it's blurry. Cheap plastic, not glass, worse than my $2 readers from Dollar tree. Gonna see where I can write a negative review online next, as I'm not getting back what I paid on top of everything. I'm out $22 for shipping. Lastly, they are old fashioned, not modern/cool as advertised; first thing my 10 year old son exclaimed when he saw me was "You look just like Grandma!".

I ordered the Laurel bifocals. These did not sit right on my ears, thus the magnification was so low, I had to lift my head to read. It was impossible to see my laptop wearing these. I ordered a different style and pretty much the same problem. I returned both pair. Each shipment cost $8. And each return cost $8. So, with two pair that didn't work, I'm out $32. That doesn't match up with their "try risk free for 90 days" slogan they advertise. Sigh. I should know better by now to not order items heavily advertised on social media. They are usually over priced and sometimes, as in this case, do not live up to the hype.

I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Look Optic. I absolutely LOVE their products and the level of service they provide to their customers is EXTRAORDINARY! I have ordered from this company a few times. I receive compliments every time I wear their products. Andy, I believe the owner of the company has even responded back to my inquiries. They stand by their product even when purchased from Amazon. I have purchased both via Amazon and directly from them and have received the same level of support regardless of where I have made my purchase. I will forever continue to support this company. I highly recommend all of their products. I strongly encourage everyone to shop at Look Optic! You will not regret it!

Customer service reached out to me when there was an issue with tracking my order and alerted me to the problem. They quickly sent me a replacement order. Glasses arrived and I’m delighted. This is my second pair of Look glasses.

The Muse glasses are fabulous looking on but I gave a 3 start review bc of the lenses constantly popping out of the flimsy plastic wire holding them in and the weight of them. Glass cases are also too flimsy. Customer service reached out to and are sending replacements, which I found incredibly kind, esp since my order was a year ago. Hoping they replace the wiring for the higher reading glass scripts with something more secure. But due to their stellar customer service I will come back. Thanks LO and Andy.

When my package appeared to be lost, I contacted the support team and they responded right away. A replacement package was sent and I received it within 2 days. The 2 pairs of glasses I purchased look and fit great and appear to be well made!

I ordered a pair of glasses that was taking longer than the expected two-week timeframe to arrive, so I reached out to Look Optic’s customer service. They agreed it was taking a while and went above and beyond by expediting a replacement pair to me. It was completely unexpected and very appreciated.

Timely communication and excellent service.

I had a problem with my progressive glasses-the arm was very loose-and when I reached out they immediately sent me a new pair that arrived within days. The glasses are incredibly comfortable and have made it so I’m not constantly putting on and taking off reading glasses.

Of course, the usual fast shipping, good price, selection. But, although I'm normally suspicious that reviews aren't always authentic, this one is AUTHENTIC. I returned a pair of progressive glasses due to the fact that I ordered the wrong strength. But I neglected to return them per the instructions. My return, via the postal service, said undeliverable. And it stopped there. I had the tracking #, but no further updates were available. I emailed support at Look Optic, they responded almost immediately, we exchanged a couple of emails & information, and WAH LA, they give me a full refund!!! All of this within a 3-day period. Good Customer Service is a must now days since we order online practically all of the time. This company's selection, price, and customer service is an A++ company to deal with. A special shout out to Andy, whom I delt with. He's awesome :)
