I gave a 4-star based on my experience. "A single approach does not fit everyone." I ordered my glasses the end of December, 2025. It took a few emails of reaching out before my FSA issue was finally settled on March 12th, 2026. I fully take the blame with the issue of ordering the wrong glasses. I will certainly know better next time. And, yes! There will be a next time. I highly recommend Look Optic for your next pair of Progressives.

Very friendly, fast and expert service. Name brand frames comparative prices with the mass handling stores with non-brand name optics. I highly recommend them.

I purchased multifocal eyeglasses from Look Optic in January 2026 for $89. When I received them, I tried to get accustomed to the multifocal part for ten days, after which I asked to return the. I returned them and paid for the return at UPS, Almar Center, Santa Cruz, CA. UPS said Loop Optic would receive the return in two days which would have been February 2nd. Loop Optic is claiming they never received my return, which UPS said they must have. Loop Optic is refusing to refund my $89.

Good customer service and responsive to my emails. Somehow my glasses didn’t make it to me and the resolution was quick. I love the glasses. They are the progressives and I wasn’t sure if I’d like them. They are great to wear, being very lightweight and very stylish!

Initially bought 2 pairs of progressive readers, one returned due to snug fit and another pair selected and sent super promptly! Andy was very accommodating with quick follow through in finding what I needed.

My only suggestion would be to simplify the call in process to customer service. It feels awkward with a weird "you are being recorded" message and I was not entirely sure I had a real person initially. We were cut off twice during the conversation and each time Andy called me back that odd "being recorded" message prefaced her speaking. But she was terrific in her execution and follow through!!

Hard to find a company these days who really takes care of their customers and Look Optic does just this. Thank You!

I have had nothing but an extremely WONDERFUL experience since I started buying LOOK Progressives. I believe I am up to 6 pairs as of today. They work perfectly for me. I didn't have any adjustment time and they are so comfortable to wear that you forget you have them on. And after every pair I have ordered the LOOK family sends an email making sure that I am happy with my purchase along with tips for wearing them. And, what also impresses me is that when you email them their response is fast and they answer all your question
