Our property was sold on the second day…
Our property sold on the second day of releasing the details. The team at Longsons were great. I was kept informed of all milestones and received updates regulary. A speacial thanks goes to Luke, Imogen, Nick, Kyle and Luisa. Without their hard work - our sale would not have happened as quickly and easily as it did. Thank you Longsons

We had an excellence experience working with Lonsons
We bought a property from Longsons. I would be happy to use Longsons to sell ours. Working with Longsons is stress free and they can get work done smoothly, efficiently and friendly. Our whole chain would have collapsed without Luisa's help who is from Longsons.
Luisa has also went extra miles on sorting out the communication issues between our conveyancer and our buyer's conveyancer, which had nothing to do with the part of the chain that Luisa was in.
I have also had chances to work with Longsons' other staff in Luisa's absence(e.g. Nick, Imogen). They are all heartfelt and helpful.

Good estate agency , polite estate agents, there weren’t any hidden fees or reservations deposits for buyers, as most other estate agencies have. I would highly recommend. ☺️

Fantastic service.
Fantastic service from Kyle, Vicki and the rest of the team at Longons. Very competitive fees from an independent local estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble and I was regularly updated on how the sale was progressing. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently sold our house with Longsons - the whole process was quick and very professional. We particularly appreciated their communications, which were excellent - they kept in touch and were friendly and approachable at all times.
We were also buying through them(from a difficult and contrary vendor!) Longsons went above and beyond in their efforts

I felt really disappointed with the…
I felt really disappointed with the communication I received throughout the sale of the house. The person I sold the house with seemed to be the first port of call in 90% of circumstances and seemed to be in regular contact with Kyle. I was hardly ever informed of any updates whatsoever but was expected to know what was going on.

Looking for piece of mind Longsons are the ones!
I contacted Longsons when I was looking for a long time lease in Swaffham. I met Larry to view the first property he explained everything and backed that up with the required documentation. I made my offer and was lucky that it was accepted. The journey from offer to moving in was seamless. From then I had checks carried for the protection of the client and myself.
