No answer on the telephone number provided.

No clear information on dealer / installer network.
I think these guys look the part, but if you have a problem with the gear, you’re on your own.

Something just doesn’t stack up about this company in my opinion.

Have 4 of the 6L mini bags, bottle holders, and set of the Semi-rigid Motorcycle Bags mounted on my R1250 GSA, along with the 48 L overlander, currently going from Key West to Alaska. Easy to use, have held up well. While I have been drenched head to toe, the bags have kept contents bone dry. Straps have held well, no movement, and no problems. Great customer service with some “rushed orders” and all questions answered, and the videos very helpful.

I have traveled extensively, often in remote areas for field work. Fairly demanding and expect the gear to hold up and function, Lone Rider does.

I own a 1300 gs and was looking for the right light setup when I found Lone Rider aux lights. After researching, I purchased them an hour ago. However, I was disappointed to see my order canceled in minutes.

Andre and Anna from the support informed me that the shipping and billing addresses did not match, leading to a fraud alert in their system. While I understand the need for security, it feels inappropriate to label a customer as fraudulent after payment has been made in full. Kind of a lame excuse to cover up the product is out of stock.

This is the very first in my lifetime I get an order cancelled due to the place where I live. Pathetic experience!!!

I purchased a 57L Moto case for a 2025 R1300GSA from Lone Rider after failing to get one from BMW. I have to say this top box is absolutely fantastic. The product itself is well put together, packaging is impressive, delivery time is super fast and I live in N Ireland also communication is excellent. I've been riding for 35 years and can safely say this is by far the best piece of motorcycle equipment I've owned. This is an easy 5 stars, well done Lone Rider.

They have phone numbers and WhatsApp to reach them. But all of them again point to their email.
Also, products are at best subpar and overpriced.
This is just a over-glorified company that is selling expensive products.

LoneRider products are so well thought out and well made. I bought a topbox, for BMW GSA and it is a substantial piece of kit. Its sturdy, contains all essentials as standard, inner bag, light, net etc. The lid has a friction hinge, good work designers. Customer service backup via Anna was personable and helpful and reassuring.

This item was bought as a christmas present. The 30L Overlander bag arrived and the internal velcro strip which holds the red liner in place was not fixed, which therefore meant the liner could not be secured in place. This is disappointing as generally your products are of a high standard and I have purchased from you on numerous occasions. I did contact you via email in December, not expecting a reply until the New Year, to date I have not received any response and clearly the item is outside of the 30 day return window. I do recomend your products, unfortunately the standard of customer service is extremely poor!

Toen de nieuwe lampen uitkwamen van lone rider was ik een van de eerste die bestelde. Krijg uiteindelijk na veel gezeur als laatste mijn lampen met veel smoesjes,
Ik heb daarna 2 producten retour gestuurd. En bewijs geleverd dat dit retour is ontvangen. Pakken ze dit gewoon niet op. En nog niet mijn geld terug.
Ze maken prachtige producten maar hun service is uitermate slecht. Lone rider doe hier wat aan joh.

I've ordered an 'under nose mount' on 30-12-2024 and still no updates about shipping. I've send a whatsapp message, and e-mail and also I tried several times the phone numbers of the customer service. Not any respons there.

Purchased a set of $1000.00 Moto Lights from Lone Rider. They require you to register in order to received the verification code to activate the Moto lights. Two days and I've not received the email with the verification code. I have called 8 times to either the UK or US phone number and nothing, All I get is a recording saying everyone is busy and leave a message, oh have I ever left a few good ones. I will never purchase from LONE RIDER AGAIN. I was always a fan of their equipment but never will I spend another nickel with them. Horrible or more accurately NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered the tail-light tail bag & the 42L topcase with delivery stated to be by Fedex in 2 to 5 days. Arrived in 5 days in well packaged box -one small dent in the box from handling, styrofoam packaging completely protected the topbox. Install of the mounting plate took about a 1/2 hour: basically 4 nuts/bolts and completely intuitive. Top box mounted perfectly to plate. I have panniers from Bumot, they are solid, and I was going to order the matching topcase. However, the Lone Rider topbox purchase includes the mounting plate, a lid bungee net, a rechargeable light mounted where you decide with velcro, comfort back cushions for my pillion and a liner bag that doubles as a warning sign for other drivers when I'm parked on the shoulder. It was also less money than the Bumot and it matches the panniers in color and style perfectly. Molle panels on side and back are another bonus, as well as the lit up orange interior color. I'm impressed with the fit and finish, the prompt delivery and the price. One wonky thing: I received a notice that my order was cancelled the next day, then an hour later an email came from the distributor telling me to ignore the cancellation notice. That was odd, but hopefully an easy operations or IT fix.

I ordered the Lone Rider motorcycle lights stating that my motorcycle is an older bike WITHOUT Canbus. After a two month wait the lights arrived but are only usable WITH a Canbus! If I return the lights in original packaging at my own cost Lone Rider will take approximately 5 weeks to decide if I may be entitled to some kind of refund.

After my review Lone Rider arranged free return shipping of the lights, so now I’ll see what kind of refund I get – full refund paid as soon as I shipped the lights using the free return label. So great customer care in the end👍.

Très déçue de la qualité des mini bags Lone rider. Les sangles de fixation ont lâché sur les deux sans charge excessive . Le SAV m'a réclamé les numéros de commande alors que je suis à l'autre bout du monde, aucune aide, lamentable ! De plus la couleur est complètement passée, sur le sac overlander de même.
Mes sacoches Mosko Moto sont elles en parfait état, sans changement de couleur, après 4 ans de road trip et beaucoup de off road.

I now have used my moto tent, moto bags, overlander bags (3 in total) for 4000 miles in harsh conditions. Originally I thought it to be a bit spendy, but quality speaks for itself. I have no quips about any of the gear except for the fact that I wish I had purchased it years ago! Anna at Lonerider has been quick to respond to any of my question regardless of what day of the week it is or a holiday...who does that?!?
Admittedly, I was a little bummed to see a small part of the welded seam let go on one of the overlander bags, it was one email to Anna, one picture and then no more questions, it was just simply replace....period...again, you are not just buying a product, you are paying for first rate customer service! Thanks to all the folks at Lonerider, you've got me for life!

I have used lone rider side motobags, the overland 30l bag, and various small bags quite extensively over the past two years, including a multi-week trip to the arctic. Their equipment is innovative, well designed, rugged, and overall extremely high quality. I have also found their customer service to be exceptional. I have always had very quick and positive responses from the customer support line. Recently, for example, after some fairly heavy use, one of the seams in my overlander bag separated. I told customer service, shared a photo of the affected area, and within three days had a brand new replacement bag delivered to my doorstep! This was pretty impressive. There are no other signs of similar wear on the bag so I'm confident this was an isolated situation. Overall, I am very impressed and happy with the quality of the product and support from this company and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I currently have almost everything from Lone Rider, and the quality is unbeatable. The gear is top-notch, made from the best materials. Their products, like the MotoTent and MotoBags, are built to withstand tough conditions while providing comfort and convenience on the road I can highly recommend Lone Rider to anyone.

Loan rider products Are definitely built with quality in every aspect. While quality of the product is a huge proponent for success and a business I would like to point out that their customer service far Exceeds expectations. Wouldn’t my product arrived? I noticed a small issue and called customer service. All they asked for was a picture of the issue and they sent me an entire new system. After a 1200 mile ride with their Moto bags through rain, mud and heavy off road I am very pleased to state that their product works flawlessly, keeping all my belongings, safe and dry while maintaining and extremely clean look on my motorcycle. Lone Rider definitely has a customer for life.
