I bought a refurbed iPad via wowcher and it was delivered on time, after setting it up I realised it wouldn’t download any apps as too out dated.
After contacting wowcher with absolutely no response I found details for the London magic store and they couldn’t be more helpful, they even offered to send a more upto date model which they done at no extra charge which was extremely generous of them.
Not many companies would do that so well done to them and their customer service, will definitely use them again.

Purchased a iPad via wowcher iPad arrived with thin bubble rap in tiny box iPad wouldn’t update as it was too old so couldn’t run apps I needed iPad back and have heard nothing back have had to start a claim with PayPal to sort it out item was sent back and received and have had nothing back avoid purchasing from this site & wowcher

Bought Samsung Galaxy watch grade A. Stopped working after less than 4 weeks. Returned as requested and no response to 5 emails and no refund. Disgrace of a company and have asked Wowcher if they are happy to partner with such companies. In fact my experience of Wowcher is that all companies are of similarly poor standard

Bought a Samsung watch via Wowcher. No delivery when expected. Contacted company who blamed wowcher saying that wowcher gave incorrect delivery date. Watch finally arrives in bubblewrap inside a jiffy bag! with a charger. No instructions or box. When charging watch for first time the watch dangerously overheated and stopped charging. Informed company who arranged a return. Return received this morning and its a totally different watch and looks seriously worn.

Absolutely avoid this company. All you will receive is a headache.

I hope Wowcher removes this seller as it has now put me off ever ordering using Wowcher again. I assumed Wowcher checked the credentials of its sellers but obviously it does not.

I ordered a 'grade A' Samsung watch from Wowcher. It did arrive in good time but in a small air pocket envelope with no charger (not ideal and not particulary safe). The watch looked nothing like the advert on wowcher and instead looked like a cheap tacky rose gold watch. I was very disappointed. After contacting the company, they did email to say they were sorry and would rectify it. I held out hope for a different watch that would look like the advert. I was wrong. What arrived was a small charger in another envelope. Therefore, I returned the products to the company, at ANOTHER expense- £15 in postage now. I have proof that the product was delivered, yet no refund! I have now emailed 4 times with no success so I am going to have to try and contact wowcher directly. So disappointing and has put me off using Wowcher too!

I ordered 2 ipad airs from Wowcher through this company. I paid 11.99 per ipad for speedy delivery for before Christmas. Redeemed both wowchers and awaited, kept checking the status on wowcher and only 1 said dispatched and 1 still sat in "reedemed" i contacted the company MULTIPLE times as i had a bad feeling, checked the reviews, didnt look very promising. Had no response from the get go. I first emailed them to see if they had received 2 iPads as this is what i ordered. Waited and waited, iPad didnt come on the expected date (thats understandable as it was close to Christmas) 19th December come, recieved a parcel to open this and it was only 1 ipad! Tried ringing the company, emailing & texting - still no reponse! So my only option was to contact Wowcher, theyve been great and weve had a refund for the missing Ipad! We have sent the ipad we received back and still awaiting refund! I dont normally write reviews but this has been nothing but stressful the minute i ordered them!

A bad experience right from the get go!
I got a woucher for a Grade A samsung galaxy smart watch.
The never delivered on the date I was told, and only did so when I wrote to them. What if I hadn't!
I the received the product loose in a plastic bag, with the charger and nothing more. No instructions, no box to prevent damaging during transit.
After charging to 100%, the battery lasts 3 hrs barely using the device. I then charge again and the battery lasts even less, and now when I put it to charge, it takes ages, and when finally get to 100% the battery lasts a few minutes.
This was meant to be a Grade A refurbished item, it's more like Grade Z!!!
Will never be using this company, or wowcher for the matter!
For anyone interested in excellent quality refurbished tech, backmarket is the place!
Got my phone from there, as "good Quality" standard, not even "Excellent" which is their best quality, and it's immaculate, no scratches, no problems, battery lasts days!
Really regret wasting my money on this place

bought a Samsung galaxy grade 'a' smartwatch as a Christmas present. watch arrived later than stated delivery period in a bubble wrapped envelope, put watch onto charge straight away as there was no life in the watch, first time wearing it and it over heats within 5 minutes, battery dies quickly if u can get it to stay on. contacted multiple times but no response.. 1 ruined xmas present.

Received a dirty and unhygienic Samsung watch through wowcher.
Ordered a Samsung watch for my 14yr old as Christmas present and to my shock and utter disappointment received a dirty, unclean and unhygienic watch. I even felt miserable to touch it. No quality check and not bothered to clean and sanitize it before sending to customer. This was supposed to be Grade A quality as specified in Wowcher deal. I think it's high time that Wowcher removes this seller from their deals or it's going to cause Wowcher reputation damage. Please refrain by placing order with this seller. I trusted Wowcher and they have let me down.

I ordered a Samsung smart watch through wowcher on the 30th of November. Nobody answers and i have had no correspondence, no delivery date,nothing.

bought a watch with latest guaranteed delivery time 25/11 , was supposed to be a present for the 27/11. Nothing has arrived till now, nobody responds and Ican see from other reviews that this is pretty much standard. I shoudl have checked first but hopefully when others check they will see this and stay away from this company

I ordered a Samsung smart watch through wowcher on the 20th of November. It's now the 27th i've made several phone calls.Nobody answers and i have had no correspondence, no delivery date, nothing .shocking

Pitty there are no stars bought a watch was told delivery was taken time with weather and that royal mail had it but not the case they havent even sent it to be delivered nearly £20 to get it next day and thats allmosrt a week its theft ill be doing everything in my power to have all my money returned and to have trading standards yo look in to yhem its a joke so vlose to xmas aswell

Wish I could give a zero ,bought a grade A Samsung phone via Wowcher to be delivered 19th Nov it is now 23rd and still not arrived have email 10 times now all the status says is dispatch to Royal Mail 19th Nov, now trying to get full refund back but not answering emails

Absolutely awful customer service. I received my item (iPod) and it turns on and lasts for all of 2 minutes. The quality of this product is ridiculous and I’ve asked for a refund but no they will only offer a replacement and even then the replies to my queries just get ignored. Would not recommend at all

Bought a used smartwatch in 'excellent' condition, but it was well worn and nowhere near excellent. Sent back, took an absolute age to refund, and even then, only after a couple of emails, and didn't refund my return postage either. Wouldn't recommend.

EDIT: Contacted by them after leaving this review, but my original comments still stand. I'm not taking up the belated offer of a free watch, as I've had to buy from elsewhere and so already have one. The review is an honest opinion of the company, not an effort by me to try and get something for nothing. The original description, what was sent, and the after sales experience were awful until my review here. Now they can't try to help quickly enough. Too little, too late IMO.

I recently bought an iPad from Londonmagicstore and it got stolen due to the mistake of my neighbour. I contacted them straight and explained what happened. I was sent a replacement two days time and got the delivery which was in pristine condition. Excellent communication and cooperation throughout. Highly recommended.

A brilliant service. Recently bought a refurbished Ipad using wowcher. The iPad was in immaculate condition but I decided I wanted a newer model with bigger download storage. I contacted Magic Store and they organised immediate exchange with the returns pre paid. Lady I spoke to was very helpful and kind very knowledgeable about the iPad that would suit me. Highly recommend.

I ordered samsung galaxy smartwatch from wowcher but never sent a charger so,emailed customer service,2nd time I asked for charger and it did arrive free of charge,good communication and friendly emails. I'm happy
