I could not be more pleased with the amazing customer support provide by the professionals at London Logo Designs. The concepts their artist presented had me and my team very impressed and we absolutely loved the design.

I must say, I am highly pleased with the unique and market trending logo design that was provided to me through London Logo Designs as the design was a real masterpiece.

I am really happy and satisfied with the services of London Logo Designs. Since they provide numerous logo designs samples to opt from which were related to the idea I had initially shared with them.

No doubt the services of London Logo Designs are quite affordable as they regularly introduce discounts and schemes to facilitate every possible client but then too, I have been a long client of theirs and they never seem to let me down with their quality.

Remarkable and a very unique logo design was provided to me, exactly who I wanted thanks to London Logo Design. I surely would not have been able to get such a service from anywhere other than them.

London Logo Designs have always provided me with the most innovative as well as remarkable logo designs.

I had already paid £350 for 2 logos and a website- the remaining £350 I was going to pay after the website was completed.

I had asked I can no longer continue with the website which was not even created even though it was said 50% of the work was even I did not even like or accept the template provide, hence there should be s money back guarantee.

I requested a refund only for the website and not for the logos.
I got told that the website was 50% started but I did not even email saying I would like to go ahead.

Sam Martin is the compliance agent I spoke to and he was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have already given this company 2 businesses and despite this and get an agent who is so rude with his tone and eventually he hangs up the phone to me!! What company does this!

I have not got any form of compensation and I felt threatened over the phone with the tone that was being used by the agent.

I was going to get my partner to use this service as I like the first 2 logos but I will definitely not tell her to go with this company. I feel cheated and it’s a huge fraud. I have not received any form
Of money back.

I haven’t even recurved 50% of the work they apparently have created.

I had my doubts but they proved all of my doubts wrong. The logo I wanted for my website is exactly how I wanted it to be.

I had been looking for a design agency to revamp my brand’s logo and I am glad I came to them for help. I am astonished to see the results.

Absolute joke, the logos you get sent are no where near as good as the website shows. You get emailed about revisions and when you reply stating what you would like they ignore that and just do what the like. I’m currently 16 emails in for a logo which to be honest I could have done myself. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere.

Completely unacceptable service - in fact not even a service it's fraud. Don't believe any of the 5 star reviews, they are all fake - all with stock pictures of pretty girls. This company is a complete rip off; I should have guessed with "London" in the name - no-one calls it "London" anything, not even a football club. Do not spend money here.

Efficient and straight forward service to use. Very happy with the result.

The worse customer service I have ever received. They have messed me about so many times it is extremely unacceptable.

I asked for a refund before the job and they said just try it out first and if you don't like then we will refund you. I didn't like it and asked for a refund. This has been back in Oct 2018 and I have called and emailed so many times. They have messed me around as though is a joke for them. I have not received my refund yet.

Fast and Efficient service, Steve Jones our account manager was excellent, it took a little effort to get our brief understood, but once London Logo's did understand it we got to where we wanted to be very quickly

London Logo Designs team was commendable and their technical support was outstanding. It was amazing to work with a team that does the work just in accordance with all your requirements.

We needed an overhaul and it was very delightful to collaborate with London Logo Designs. They took their time to understand all our needs and helped us in achieving what we wanted.
