The London Logo Design offered me five logo picks when I was acquired first. All 5 were great. Since restricting my range to one, I got all the types that I would like to use in the future.

I've used London Logo designs on multiple ocassions to design logos and have always been pleased with the results.

Turnaround is very good, and I'm very impressed with the variatio and quality in designs.

For example, all the logo concepts are not the same logo with minor tweaks, they are all unique in their own way, so it's easy to pick from them what you want, and with unlimited revisions, you can't really go wrong.

I found this company online and I thought I'll give it a go. We started at the wrong footing to begin with as the first briefing and first draft of my logo did not come through as how I wanted. But I am taking 90% of the blame as this was my first time to relay my ideas to someone in a graphical way. Which I believe everyone can agree that receiving an instructions or giving one depends on how you able to articulate and bring your ideas to life. Therefore, I have taken the proactive approach by sending the team 3-4 example photos of scenarios, landscape and shape of my logo that I want to look like and I also asked to speak to the lead graphical designer to articulate as to how to bring to life those examples by putting them into one.
I admit, they did an impressive job at picking up my instructions the moment I showed them examples. Steve Jones, account manager, who liaise with me and the graphical team has done an amazing job at making sure that I am content of the service. He always available to answer and explain some confusion. I admire his tenacity with me as I am such a perfectionists and the team has managed to live up to my expectations.

I had a wonderful discount with them, unlimited revision, money back guarantee if I am not happy (this tells me the confidence they have of their product and service), two logos with NTERNATIONAL copyrights. Since I am so delighted of their service and quality, I decided to let the team do my website with unlimited pages, unlimited revision plus SEO and video marketing! I was originally going to outsource this aprt for obvious reason but because of their service, I decided to have it done with them!

I'll do another review here once my website is finish. I definitely recommend their services. I do not often recommend services as I am very picky but the team deserves it!

London Logo Designs was the perfect option to see all kinds of creative ideas to decide which one was right for me. Was a very good experience!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I got them to build a website/logo as well as do marketing and build a CRM into my ecommerce website.

They didnt do any marketing and when I asked for a refund they refused initially and then agreed to a refund, waited 3 months for the refund and then got told they had changed their minds and I wasnt getting one.
So I have a solicitor involved and will be taking them to court over this if its not resolved.

As if this isnt bad enough they use bull boy car sales man tactics to sell you products you dont want.

And now I'm trying to leave and they have charged me further to take my own website a year later.
Then I try to get hosting and I cant as the domain I bought using them they registered under their own name, despite me paying for it and thinking I had bought it.

Also regarding a CRM that was built into the website that they sold to me and convinced me I really needed it, they haven't shown me how to use this despite flogging it to me. As apparently I really needed it for my business even though my business was a new business with no customers.

Also I tried to have my bank account connected to the website to receive payments, they then charged me additional for this and then were unable to actually have this up and running.

Really pleased with our logo created. We went for the business package, which at £84 provided great value for money.

We had unlimited revisions with this deal and for the money cost to the time spent on this project provided us with a great deal.

With this package we received 15 initial logo concepts from the brief we sent them. About 4/5 of those took our liking and 2 of them were definitely spot on for our brief. We eventually kept revising those two logos until one of them was completely perfect.

We had the pleasure of working with Sam Martin on this project who was always on hand to help and understood exactly what we’re looking for, thank you to Sam for your brilliant job and top customer service.

All revisions came within 24 hours and helped move our project along at a swift pace.

I would definitely recommend London Logo Designs if you’re a start up business looking for several superb designs concepts to build your business and brand.

I'd give this company zero if I could. They couldn't follow a simple brief and the designs they sent back were EXACT copies of a logo I said I liked, but that already existed. Like, identical. Some of them I could tell were just google searches of the icon I requested.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

If any actual designers work here they should be ashamed of themselves.

This company pulled me in with a good offer for logo design and offered me 4 concepts each on their own file. One of these concepts contained two elements whilst the other three contained one element. The turn around time was good but trying to get the finished product has been a bit of a joke. They sent through the wrong concept only on JPEG format and not the three different formats offered. I checked with the company to confirm what formats the image should be in with the offer I chose. I kept a screen shot of this conversation as proof. I have since found out that I will only get half the concept in the file selected which I chose as it contains two elements. If I want the full design it will cost me a further £40. This was later reduced to £25. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service which was very poor. They offered to compensate me by offering free stationary but only if I paid £199 for a copyright. My research showed the average price for copyright to be between £25 and £50. I cant believe they have the cheek to push the hard sale with an already dissatisfied customer.
**Update**
Since writing this review, the company called me back and said that they had read my review. Instead of finding a resolution, they still tried to sell me the other half of the file together with copyright, stationary, business cards and t-shirt design. How many more times do I need to decline their offers before I can have the finalised but incomplete file. For me, the continuous calls from the company and their constant push for sales instead of addressing the issues was very unsatisfactory and resulted in me telling the company never to contact me again.

UPDATE, refunded me after i posted this review... what a surprise. How about you update your business practices and stop being greedy, i did not like your logos and wanted a refund but had to waste my time and fight you.

Refusing to invoke my money-back guarantee because they did revisions that i didn't even ask for. The logo designs are terrible and childish, do not use this, there are much better logo companies out there.

Allerdings war es etwas umständlich das Logo damit meine ich die Dateiformateendgültig zu bekommen.
Man bekommt aber dennoch eine präzise Beratung und LLD ist extrem schnell in ihrer Arbeit.
Heute bestellt kamen meine Entwürfe noch am selben Abend.

The logo designed for my website was up to my said preferences. Since I was content with the result of my logo, I would come to them for future projects as well.
