Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Would be nice if you could add a slightly longer iced message. Currently can write Happy Birthday XXX so you need a short name like Dan, Sam or Ava !

What lovely cupcakes
What lovely cupcakes. We had 4 different flavours and they were all different and tasted fantastic. Well worth a try, you won't regret it. We are visiting from Perth, Western Australia.

Worst experience of a Salted Caramel cake
I have ordered a salted caramel chocolate birthday cake hoping it would be good as per the reviews. But this was the worst salted caramel dish I have had ever. The cake was over sweet and there was no salted caramel taste at all.
Totally disappointed and would never want to try again.

I am sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with your cake.
Our Salted Caramel Cake has a rich chocolate sponge decorated with salted caramel buttercream. The buttercream is made with icing sugar and is our sweetest type of icing.
If you like caramel I would recommend our Caramel Biscuit Cake which filled with Biscoff® biscuit spread, iced with caramel mascarpone. It has a creamy caramel flavour.
For taste complaints please just return your cake to our store or we can organise a collection from your home within 2 days of purchase and we can look into this further for you.
