Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Went to collect my cupcakes which I'd pre ordered a month ago for my nans 90th Birthday. When I checked the box, the cake were all mushed. When I asked the staff what happened, they had an attituded, and told me. "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT".
In future, I'll will go to an independent bakery .

good cake sponge dry
the sponge was dry the small cup cake much better probably i should have gone for a vanilla sponge instead of chocolate one overall still a good cake.the sponge was left at room temperature for hours to settle the cake overpriced the sponge was way dry it is not to do with leaving it to settle chocolate sponges have cooked perfectly otherwise it will dry up

Your comments have been noted. We do ask that the cake is allowed to come up to room temperature for a few hours after collection as our cakes are kept chilled after they have been prepared. This is to allow the cake to soften and the cake will be consumed at its best.
