Lovely chocolate & raspberry cake, not too sweet and beautifully presented. Also tried the tiramisu cake which was very tasty.

Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Amazing experience!!
Amazing experience! Loved the cake itself, the service of retrieving it, and the overall ordering experience. Suuuuper tasty and no one believed that it was gluten free!!!

Amazing cake by Lola’s as always
Amazing cake by Lola’s as always. Beautifully decorated and the cake was fresh and very tasty.
Pre ordered and collected easily from Victoria.
Gentleman that served me was very kind and chatty.

Lola’s Victoria place
Asked for a non chocolate cake. I ordered the lemon cake (no choc) however the writing on the cake was in chocolate. Ruined the cake and the staff were unable to help. Staff at Victoria not helpful. All new staff and not helpful.
For the last 2/3 years I have order 2-3 cakes a year from Lola’s Victoria place as the service has been amazing staff are welcoming and friendly. Sometimes I want buy a cake for no reason just because the staff are great. Now I wouldn’t bother anymore. I will find a new provider.

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent order and service experience.
We currently use either a chocolate or white chocolate icing for our hand piped messages on our regular cakes depending on whichever colour would contrast more with the icing option for the cake.
Due to guidance under Natasha's Law restrictions our team would have been unable to use an alternative from what is listed on the ingredients.
We do list the icing being used on the confirmation email for your order and this should have been information clarified by our staff on ordering.
I do apologise sincerely for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this on our part and will be sure to pass on the details of your feedback to the relevant teams to review further.

Bought an Under the sea themed birthday…
Bought an under the sea themed birthday cake for my daughter it was absolutely beautiful and it was delicious. It’s always possible to find cakes that have bought qualities. Lola’s had become my go to for all celebration cakes for our family!!

Ordered cupcakes online for collection the next day after 3.00pm. Email received to let me know they we ready earlier which was a great help. The cupcakes were amazing, super quality and beautifully presented.

Great vegan cake
Ordered a vegan cake (large for 20 ish people) was the red velvet. Absolute hit with the crowd who never would have guessed it was vegan. Pick up and the box was easy too! Only point I would say is that the cake was a little smaller than I’d expected - more appropriate for 18 unless you are very precise with cutting. Either way, coming back here again for sure to try the other vegan flavours

Great cake and simple logistics.
The process of ordering online and collecting at Victoria was super straightforward, even at short notice. The fact that I could also include candles made things much simpler for me.
The gluten and dairy free cake was also absolutely delicious, and we all agreed it was one of the best free from cakes we have had.
