Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

This cake was gorgeous
This cake was gorgeous! A cake for 45 people could be disastrously dry or tasteless but this was not one of those.

Confusion and No Confirmation of Order
Ordered cupcakes for my birthday. No email confirmation received. No text message on the day received. Went to collect my cupcakes at Marylebone train station as the money had left my bank account to major confusion as I had no reference number.
After showing I had paid for them, got the response that was not accepted and they needed a reference number - that I had not been sent.
After some persuasion the cupcakes were collected as they were actually there. My name was on the box but this initially was not enough.
The annoying thing is that Lola’s must have my email address as they asked for a review - well the cupcakes were nice but the service was bad!

Svar fra Lola's - Lola's Marylebone
Hello Fiona,
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
I am sorry to hear that your experience in our store was not how we would of hoped and I will pass this feedback on to ensure we can improve this for the future.
To collect an order from one of our stores you would just need to show either the confirmation email or ID which matches the name on the order.
If there is anything else we can help with please get in touch on hello@lolascupcakes.com
Kind regards,
Chris
