This should be a beta

My company implemented Lola... the problem is that the tool simply doesn’t work most of the time. The fares that Lola finds are consistently more expensive than what’s available on the airline’s own websites, without offering any extra flexibility. Many flights that I can find elsewhere are not available.

The hotel booking tool is possibly worse. It crashes all the time, does not allow you to search flexible rates without clicking through every single hotel, and is just super super slow.

The only positive thing is that their support chat is really fast and competent.

I love Lola!

Every interaction I’ve had with Lola has been outstanding. The staff is friendly, courteous, and quick to handle any need. I’ve received concierge, 5 star service every time I’ve contacted Lola. Highly recommend and will continue to book all my flights and hotels through Lola.

fine but itinerary emails don't import into TripCase

My company requires us to use Lola for booking travel, which is fine and probably simplifies things on their end. However, the Lola email itineraries won't import into TripCase, so I have to enter it manually which is a PITA.

Can’t imagine business travel without Lola

This has changed the way our business tracks trips, expenses, and more. No more searching through endless email threads or calendar invites to find out specifics on each trip. Lola has it all in one place. Plus they provide excellent customer service. I was hesitant at first but I am so glad we went with Lola. Can’t imagine business travel without it.

site is very basic and difficult to use. difficult to search properties and find business style properties. All it seems to do is to find very cheap and basic. Why would you put a hostal on a business travel site and call it a boutique property???

I talked with the representative in…

I talked with the representative in chat and I requested a window seat she said she had on window seats on every flight of the four flights I sat by one window. During the seat selection I could not do anything hence the reason she allegedly helped out.

Really enjoy everything

Really enjoy everything.
My one complaint is no longer checking you into your southwest flights automatically. It was the coolest thing when it happened and made me feel extremely at ease.

Honestly this company is the best and other than that everything I have needed has been at the touch of my finger tips through messaging with customer service or a quick call.

Could not get flights changed

Our admin booked my flights, then went on holidays. I needed to make changes and it was impossible. I phoned Lola and they couldn't make changes because my flight had been booked by somebody else, who had to approve it, and they were unavailable.. I finally had to phoned Air Canada, who went over and above to fix this for me. It was difficult for them because the flight was booked through Lola. After this experience, I'm booking my own flights through other resources in the future.

Employees complained about sluggish…

Employees complained about sluggish interface, inability to book mixed class round-trips, no rental cars (now fixed), among other things.

We apologize for it being slower for you. We have a lot of inventory in there so it can take a little while to load, but we hear you and we're working on it. We are also working on mixed class round-trips, sometimes overnight you might want to get business class, but not during the day. We will pass this along to our product team.

I like using this platform but there is room for improvement, as with all things!

I like using this platform but there is functionality that doesn't exist that would benefit our team. We would like to be able to book for multiple travelers at one time (flights and hotels). We would like a more robust reporting capacity with invoices attached to each transaction for expense purposes. Thank you for allowing us to finally book our own rental cars. We would like to be able to book amtrak on your platform. Your online customer service while always friendly is tragically slow and if someone needs to actually call your customer service you have to really DIG to find that number. The onboarding experience wasn't smooth and there wasn't any traveler adoption activated by lola's team. We aren't even sure who our account manager is!
