While we have a ton of inventory in lola, we do not have rates like basic economy that tend to be the lowest class. We do access our inventory from multiple different places to ensure we have the best rates for you. Lola is a great platform with some revisions
Lola is a great platform but definitely still needs some revisions. What I was sold on and what actually is happening are different but not enough for me to give up on it. I can still get cheaper pricing on some travel elsewhere but the convenience of using lola and having all information about at trip in one spot is quickly outweighing the negatives of that.
Customer service is very helpful and also takes into account my suggestions on things that could be changed. I look forward to continuing our work together.

Exceptional customer service
Great customer service! The team is extremely attentive to their clients and always looking to improve based on client feedback. It’s been awesome to see features I’ve requested actually show up in the product!! It takes so much stress out of travel planning knowing that I’ve got the Lola team in my back pocket. And superficially I love the purple color story and how intuitive it is to navigate. We love Lola!

Responsive and Friendly
Each time I need to change or add details to my trips, someone from Lola is there to help. They are responsive and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this business. I'd never want to book with anyone else!
