Communication was difficult at times. I tried to keep all messaging within Basecamp so I had a receipt of what was being said. Phone calls quickly became unproductive. I got what I needed in the end but It took a lot of work. When you have someone working with you things go better but you can go a long stretch without anyone responding.

I love the way my they taking of my needs also being so patient with me because I was a little unsure and I wasn’t ready about doing my project everything coming along so beautiful and I’m very satisfied thank you much

The group at Cosmic took their time and answered all of my concerns. I didn't have a big project but they took the time and care to make sure I was satisfied. Great work.

I've been getting numerous of calls for different servers and I was not interested and they shut down my web site even though still had a couple of months paid for never would recommend them or use them again

I like my logo. They need to listen to there customer. Instead of trying to sell them. It was real was pushy. If you interview customers you will know their budget and everything they will need.
Because of this it made my experience not so great.

I had a rule to never deal with out-of-country service providers, I broke my own rule, and have been suffering the consequences ever since. The company english is poor, I do not believe anyone uses their real names, calls and texts come after normal business hours, requests go unanswered, and the relentless nickel-and-diming and upsells are REALLY annoying. They supply a website and then continue to attempt to sell me things I should have been made aware of prior to site creation. They even tell me if I don't copyright my business name, someone else is going to use it....that is so very suspicious it smells!
I have no idea where this company is located, I have no way of getting satisfaction or recourse, and a simple request to receive a backup of my website so I can have it hosted elsewhere has gone unfulfilled for 2 weeks. I told them they can keep the money I paid them to host it for the remainder of 3 years (that is how bad I want to put this company behind me) and they still won't send me a backup. During the past 2 weeks while I have been waiting for a backup to take my site elsewhere, they continue to try and sell me things while different reps contact me to see if the problem can be fixed ....it can't!

I received a scam email from them stating that someone is trying to steal my Trademark. I reported them to USPTO and now they're under investigation. Someone already reported them to the Better Business Better.

Great service and really easy to deal with.

I hired Logo Cosmic to create a logo for a client. During the process, they asked lots of good question, provided suggestions, and delivered a quality logo in a short period of time - all at a low price.

My issue/concern with the company is the pressure to register the trademark after the logo was created AND their attempt to tack on questionable charges.

Nothing is programmed in the US and the project managers are not familiar with how to program SEO. They wrote 50 blogs that said nothing in particular about the topic with no substance. I had to correct the blog’s grammar in Grammerly before allowing to post. I had to purchase a 3rd party SEO and web design site analysis to identify about 100 errors they created like 50 duplicate content. They also setup wrongs blog categories and tags. I spent 5x their cost in my time to keep on identifying their mistakes to fix. Now I’m m thinking about deleting their 50 blogs since they generated no traffic and other SEO experts are telling me they are not Google friendly.

Their SEO service did not include deleting bad "backlinks" which is an industry standard. My web page visibility (Semrush) increased 7% after I identify and I deleted 30 bad backlinks, which only took 30 minutes.

I also hand fed them keywords for each of my pages that they did not update, nor did they fill in appropriate Mata descriptions. I updated all of them.

In summary, they sold me an SEO package and only provided blogs that talked in circles with AI. Not very informative.

This is ABSOLUTLEY the worst company to do business with! They created my logo and website of which they did a decent job I guess, but all they are after is your money. They could be using AI to create stuff. When you don't want to give up the money, they get upset with you interrupt you while trying to ask questions. Every person I've spoken with is foreign and the company posted phone number on the website doesn't work. Every time someone contacts you, it's a different number. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY!! Please stay away from this company. Unfortunately, I did do business with this company, and I regret every minute of it. Perhaps others have had different experience and maybe a positive one. Just fair warning to those considering working with this company. Just choose a different one.

I enjoyed their professionalism they're great to work with I would recommend them to any business and I just think they're fantastic marketing company they have my full support and I will always go back to do business with them

If I could go back, I would never use this sorry excuse of a business for their shady services. Purchased a logo design and website from them last year. The hosting has now expired, and I wanted to transfer my domain to a new hosting service. They refuse to provide the login credentials for that unless I pay them another $300 (should only cost $15-$20 max). Steven was rude, unprofessional, and offered no help. If you are looking to start or overhaul an existing business, use literally any other company besides this one.

They were very helpful and astute....they logos they created only needed one small revision but otherwise were exactly as I'd wanted....customer service was great...and they had good turn around time..... definitely a satisfied customer
