This company is trash! I already told them I don't want to renew with them and now they are harassing me. Literally saying they're going to keep calling me. What kind of company is this??? They call me from several different numbers 5 times a day.
Don't use them.

Logo Cosmic did a wonderful job with providing me exactly what I asked for. Very informative the entire time and provided the best customer service. Responded to all my questions in a timely manner. I will be contacting them for future projects.

Scam Company – Stay Away!

I deeply regret ever doing business with this fraudulent company. I paid them to design and host my website, and after months of hard work driving traffic and building a customer base, they pulled the rug out from under me. They took the site down without warning and are now demanding hundreds of dollars just to “release” my domain and access the data — data that I built and paid for.

All my client inquiries and collected leads are now held hostage. They ignore calls and emails, and no one on their so-called “team” uses real names. It’s impossible to reach anyone for support, and when you finally do, they’re evasive and rude.

If you value your business, your time, and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor: do not trust this company. They are nothing more than professional scammers preying on small business owners. I wish I had read reviews like this before signing up — learn from my mistake.

Dennis O'keefe did very good work and was very helpful in making all of this happen. He stayed in contact and updated regularly to keep things moving. I appreciate everything Dennis did and highly recommend him to help out with your needs.

Scams artists!!! They go by stupid fake white boy names like Alex Henderson, Mark Smith, Kevin Reed, Steve Smith etc etc all to make them sound more relatable and trustworthy! And then they disconnect each of their contact phone numbers to avoid you and get away with it! They have stolen so much money and not to mention non stop harassing and endless calls to get more money! DO NOT SPEND ONE CENT WITH THESE CON MEN!!! They come up with various names and stories and now they’ve disconnected their numerous phone numbers based out of LA and not responding to my emails! I’ve kept giving them more and more money and now my website isn’t even up! They f-ing took it down!!! Do not make the same mistake as many of us did!!! I want my money back now!

I WAS LIED TO FROM DAY ONE! The only time they would help me or call me was when one of their salesmen was trying to get more money out of me. I have lost thousands of dollars by trusting this company and I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of. STAY AWAY!

I just order a Logo with that company . The are really reliable and fast
For a very fair price the did a very nice Logo for my Music Band.
I recommend this company without a doubt.

This was the worst experience I endured. I was charged $199 for service not rendered and Micheal Mclaughlin, Sr. Project Manager very unprofessional, arrogant and liar. 11/11/24- Micheal Mclaughlin, Sr. Project Manager-You will receive a 100% refund by 31st of this Month. He told me my monies would be returned to me on 11/30/2024. I advised him that I was going to courts involved on 12/04/2024. He responded, "We will let the court to judge" on 12/05/2024. Who does that to a customer? I would never refer anyone to this company. Now, he stole $199 from me.

My site was down and I was panicking. I contacted Alex and he quickly figured out the problem and provided a solution. He implemented the changes and the site was back up very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I would highly recommend Logo Cosmic for your design needs for your company website and related marketing materials such as brochures and business cards. They assigned me a contact person, Alex, the first day I began working with them and he has never failed to address any questions or concerns I had quickly and professionally. When the topic was out of his department he would reach out to the appropriate staff, and I would soon receive a call from Dennis or Michael. This company gets to know their clients and works hard to provide excellent products and customer service.

The company has called me multiple times about paying them for a Trademark. It's gotten to point of harassment. I've told them multiple times to remove me from the call list and email list. To this point, it hasn't happened. My next outreach will be to Can Spam and the DNC Registry.

Absolute nightmare. Not only can you not understand a thing any of them say, once they have your money they are never going to go away. They have different phone people from all over the place call so you never know who it is, and they threated that your website is in danger of being deleted if you dont pay them for extra help. This has been going on for two years now. They never finished the website. YOU have to do that once you figure out HOW to use wordpress and other programs. Total scam. A monkey could do a better jobs and making a website!

This company charged me 500.00 to build a website and did not complete the website before they published the website without informing me.
I got three years of web-hosting along with the website. After about a year they kept calling me asking me for money to keep hosting the site. I told them that I did not owe money because my hosting was for three years. I recieved several of these call. I had to email them my reciept to prove that it was not time to renew my hosting. They don’t seem to have very good organization or maybe they purposfully tryed to scam me for more money.
Next, they (Alex) called me on the phone and told me that I needed to pay them 999.00 in order to Renew my TLS certification and upgrade to web 2.0. Below is the popup that appears when you visit my website. When I purchased the website, no one told me in advanced that something like this could possibly happen.
To comply with the new Federal IT laws, you need to undertake two key actions: renewing your TLS (Transport Layer Security) certification and upgrading to Web 2.0 standards.
They told me that if I didn’t pay the 500.00 they were going to have to shut my website down at the end of the day.When I told them Stephen Smith) that I was not going to pay any more money because they should have informed me about this type of thing when I purchased the website, they then lowered the price to 500.00. I have several other websites and I never heard of this. Maybe the server they use has these types of issue
However, if you search online you can purchased TLS for much less money.
Next, I decided to have my friend rebuild my website(For Free), so I called them ( Stephen Smith) and asked them to release my domain name because I wanted to use it for my new website, they told me that they owned to domain for another two years.
