I completed two F-Gas courses the first…
I completed two F-Gas courses the first was 3 days, followed by a 5-day course ending with a practical exam and theory test.
For the first part, we were guided by Mike. What an enthusiastic guy! He has a huge amount of knowledge, but more importantly, he knows how to explain complicated things in a way that even complete beginners can understand. The amount of material we went through was enormous, so definitely make sure you have enough time to revise at home.
The second week we started with Stuart, who also has an amazing ability to explain things and take you step by step through the world of air conditioning and refrigeration.
At the beginning, some of the material looked absolutely terrifying! But after a couple of hours, things started to make sense, and it became incredibly satisfying to understand how everything works and to realise how much knowledge they were sharing with us.
I’m extremely pleased that I attended these courses. I enjoyed them so much that if I were a rich man, I’d probably take another course just for fun! In fact, I’m already looking for another course that would suit my line of work and allow me to continue learning.
A great experience, excellent instructors and a huge amount of useful knowledge.
Highly recommended!

I was originally referred to…
I was originally referred to Logic4training many years ago by someone who had a very positive opinion of the company. That recommendation was the only reason I initially chose to book courses with them, so I went into my dealings with them expecting a professional and positive experience.
Unfortunately, my own experience has been anything but that.
My first bad experience with Logic4training was many years ago. I attended intending to progress onto a qualification course and was required to sit an assessment. If my memory serves me correctly, it consisted of around 40 questions and I got just ONE question wrong. Despite getting approximately 39 out of 40 correct, I was told I had failed and would not be allowed to progress onto the course.
What made the situation particularly frustrating was that I had not understood beforehand that this assessment would determine whether I would be permitted to continue. To effectively be turned away after getting, from memory, 39 out of 40 questions correct left an extremely bad impression of the company and the way the process was handled.
Despite that experience, because Logic4training had originally been recommended to me, I eventually decided to give them another chance. I now regret doing so.
My more recent experience has completely destroyed whatever confidence I had left in this company. Based on the information I was given, what I subsequently discovered about the course requirements, and the way my concerns have been dealt with, I would not under any circumstances choose to do business with Logic4training again.
I also find the overwhelmingly positive reviews very difficult to reconcile with my own repeated experiences. I obviously cannot know how individual reviews were produced, but these guys genuinely give me the impression that they are either writing some of their own reviews or incentivising students in some fashion. That is my personal suspicion and not something I can prove. Nevertheless, having dealt with the company on more than one occasion, I find the contrast between my experiences and the picture presented by many of the reviews remarkable.
If you're considering spending a significant amount of money on training here, I strongly recommend doing your own research. Get the prerequisites, eligibility requirements and any pre-course assessments confirmed in writing before paying them anything. Do not simply rely on what you are told over the telephone.
I originally came to this company because of a recommendation. After my experiences with them, I certainly wouldn't be passing that recommendation on.
