Loft Boarding Scotland Ltd

We booked to have our loft boarded and shelving either side. The initial enquiry was straightforward with very helpful staff. The two fitters (Alan and Sol) were extremely professional and courteous. They fitted our loft quickly and you wouldn't have known they had been here. No mess was left and clear instructions on how to use the loft ladder were explained. Can't thank you all enough.

Great service from start to finish

Went the second mile to ensure our Velux window was repaired. 100% recommended.

From a general query online to an attending person (Robin) providing a quote, to the guys (Alan, Harry and Connor) getting the job done over two days, and Melissa for invoice admin it was a very good experience right across the board. The loft looks great, only reservation is that the loft ladder steps feels a bit thin in terms of tread depth and consequentially seems quite wobbly overall.

The team did a very good and tidy job, they made a very good job of cleaning up after they had finished and gave me some useful advice regarding other works that I could complete myself.

Contacted the company aa required easy access to Loft attic space. Previous owner located new gas boiler and water tank in the attic. Due to ill health and aging process we could not contemplate using existing aluminium ladder, contacted loft boarding scotland Ltd and visited by Brian, their INSTALLATION manager who was very knowledgeable and constructive and quoted the electric foldaway Stair, installation was carried out under his supervision. He was first class, cared about every detail, we are very pleased with the result. Access is easy , comfortable and safe, now have access to boiler and some excellent storage.

We feel that given our mobility problems, we should be given a VAT Exemption, this is something the company should investigate with HMRC as it is a fair and justifiable Exemption.

We have no direct access to HMRC on this matter but the Financial department would have this facility.

Very pleased with the company and the 10 year!warranty with the product

2nd time we’ve used LBS, and they’ve done a brilliant job each time. Would highly recommend. Good job at a fair price.

Great communication from the company throughout and the lads did a quick and clean installation job.

Great quote for work needing done, very pleased with new hatch

This is the second time we have used loft boarding and I found them to be excellent from start to finish

Great service from start to finish.

Fron the quoting stage, to the options given. To the install, we were extremely happy. No mess at all left behind by installers and the loft was fitted way faster than i expected. Highly recommend using thuis company.

Amazing company to deal with. I was able to discuss my quote in detail, make changes and add any applicable discounts. They followed up on the order, date of installation, and work was finished on time and left my house clean. Special mention to Gael Adams for coordinating my order, delivery, electric work & billing.

Loft flooring fitted in about 6 hours. Fitting was perfect and the finished job looks great. Tidied as they went
No complaints at all. Excellent service

If you are looking to have your loft area floored then look no further.
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
Our survey was carried out a couple of days after enquiry and surveyor Stewart was so helpful and explained everything clearly.
Around a week later we had the fitters in who worked extremely hard and had all the work completed within the one day.
I got the middle loft floored and shelving running across the full both sides of the loft. We had a new loft hatch fitted with a wooden ladder, I also took the option to have a plug socket and lighting installed.
The work was completed to a high standard and every bit of mess cleared up including hoovered.
Gael from the office was a superstar throughout and took care of us during the process.
I cannot recommend highly enough

Job completed on time, high standard and tidied after.

Overall the process was a bit of a nightmare (council) but Loft boarding were brilliant and helpful with the permission side of things.
The actual installation was quick, the team (Stuart and Harry) were friendly, professional, and the standard of the work was first class. They even tidied up afterwards.
I would recommend this company 100%
Thanks Loft boarding.

Would really recommend Loft Boarding Scotland, great service from start to finish, very efficient and easy to deal with from quote to payment. Mitchell (installer) was fantastic, completed the job very quickly with no mess and provided a good demonstration.

Reliable prompt workmanship. Wouldn’t even take a cup of tea or coffee. Very pleased with the work. So clean tidy and polite. Would recommend without hesitation

We are very pleased with the Loft boarding and extra insulation. Arrived when they said they would, very quick and tidy. Kept to quotation and will not have to pay anything up front till the job completed. Would recommend the company. Would add value to any property.

Good quality construction, done quickly.
