Excellent product, excellent customer service. Love this company!

It took two weeks to have the complete order. First there was an error with the label printing which caused delays, the gift box of drinks than arrived without the gift box, the courier lost the box and it finally arrived two weeks from the original date of order. This was for a 30th birthday present and was really late despite me ordering in plenty of time. My final feedback/complaint to customer service wasn’t even acknowledged. They did after the label issue give a 30% refund but that didn’t make up for the fact the gift was so late (I had to turn up to the party empty handed) and the multiple problems

Ordered one as a gift to be delivered to someone’s house. I believe there was a during check out where selecting shop pay changed the shipping address. Gift was sent to an old address in a city I didn’t live in.

Lockdown liquor could see this was a technical error and no fault of my own.

Refused assistance in any way. Wouldn’t try and organise someone to collect it for a refund even though I offered to fund. Refused to send another out.

Basically said we can see what’s happened but tough luck.

Our first visit to Chester and we have not been disappointed, especially when we visited The Liquor & Co bar. We were served by the tall, slim, bearded Chelsea supporter cocktail waiter. He was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. I had The Herbalist cocktail and wow it was superb, just had to have a second one. Music was good too!

These personalised cocktails make perfect gifts. Friends and family members love receiving them. The cocktails are excellent quality and delicious. Orders arrived quickly too.

I’ve ordered Lychee martini before and liked it so this time I also ordered Picante and Pepino Ruso. Hated both of them. Lime completely overpowers them so far too sharp. Poured one down the sink, even though tried to add tonic. Need better balance on flavours. Won’t be ordering again. Moth cocktails are better.

Great product, prompt despatch and well-packaged delivery.

I placed my first time order with this company and the package was received in good time but the packaging was not properly sealed, either due to a lack of sellotape or care. Also the "seal" on the bottle was not stuck down. I emailed to advise but regrettably Rachel blamed DHL. Why can't people accept responsibility? Poor customer service and disappointed before even trying this drink.

Update 30/8/24 - Out of the blue a refund has now been issued to me for the cost of the bottle excluding postage. I was not expecting this and feel pleased that customer service did take action, although my comments still stand.

Always brilliant, if you are on the fence about ordering, just do it. Been ordering from them since they started and they keep getting better and better

Picante and Rum Rock were absolutely delicious! You need Ice! And lots of it. Perfect cocktails for parties so you don’t have to spend time making them.

The Lockdown Liquors experience has been exceptional from the beginning! The description on what was offer was enticing, ordering was straightforward and delivery was swift.

As for the cocktail itself, it tasted exceptional and had a home made feel about it.

I will definitely be ordering more and highly recommend ordering from them!
