Best service ever

Lost key to my filing cabinet. I tried to order from other sites but my order was cancelled twice. I got a key from a local locksmith which did not open the filing cabinet. I could not believe when the keys arrived they were a perfect fit !! I cannot recommend Lockdoctor, biz enough. Fast delivery as well.

Ordered keys were dispatched quickly but unfortunately Royal Mail managed to lose them. Contacted Lockdoctor and replacements were sent out immediately with no quibbles. Really impressed with the after sales service.

A great service and a great idea. A cabinet couldn't be used securely and Lockdoctor saved me a fortune not having to purchase a new one. I was sceptical that a key could be sourced but received keys in the post the day after ordering. I've already recommended the service to another company and will continue to do so.

Excellent service with fast delivery. They have saved me massive headaches, time and money with people breaking or losing keys to drawers and filing cabinets. Being able to open their cabinets or drawers whilst waiting for replacement keys has been a godsend

Lockdoctor.biz went out of their way to help supply me with the right key for a lock. It was only a small order, but the trouble they took over it was - for this day and age - quite simply unbelievable. Really friendly, helpful and ultra-polite staff on the telephone - wish more companies were like this.

Lockdoctor seem to know more about obsolete locks than I thought possible ! Excellent company, right products at right prices, speedy service - highly recommended

I ordered a set of replacment keys on a Monday afternoon and received them in the post on Tuesday morning. The keys fitted perfectly. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Many thanks.

Very well designed catalog, and easy to navigate website. Fast loading pages, easy to fill forms. Very quick shipment.

Ordered replacement key after 4pm and had it cut and delivered the following morning.......now that's a good service. Thanks you!

I only needed one key and it was easy to find, order and it arrived very soon after.

After 9 years of living in my flat I had managed to lose the key for the windows! It is only now I am selling up that this is a problem so I found Lockdoctor.biz online and ordered a replacement. The key arrived the next day and it works!

Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them as a company!

Most impressed by the service provided.
