My patio door lock broke and wasn't replaceable as it wasn't being manufactured anymore. Bless Graham from the LockDoctor.biz who sourced one for me! So grateful for his speedy response. Thank you Graham for going the extra mile for me!

Absolutely flawless.

I needed a key for a filing cabinet that was my mum's before she died. No idea where the old keys went, but thankfully it was unlocked, so usable. However, we're about to move house, so needed to lock it to transport.

I just put in the lock number, followed the instructions to add numbers before the lock code when ordering.

The keys arrived super fast the following day, and worked perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with this company. After experiencing an issue with the lock, I contacted them, and they responded promptly and resolve my issue.

I really appreciate their excellent customer service, professionalism, and willingness to resolve the issue without any hassle. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable products backed by outstanding after-sales support. Thank you once again for the excellent service!

The service was outstanding, with a speedy delivery. They were a great help when I misplaced the filing cabinet key. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Amazing service. We lost the key to our roof box and I’m so pleased I found this company. My email query was answered almost immediately and the key came the very next day. Highly recommended!
Thank you!

I’ve been a Site Manager in schools for over ten years and have been using this company for at least six of those years whenever I’ve needed keys. The service has always been outstanding, but this time they really went above and beyond — even checking locks for me. First-class service — highly recommended! Thank you.

Excellent service prompt and efficient with a helpful double check on the key I needed cos I ordered the wrong one.Excellent

Excellent service, fast delivery and helped me out when I lost my key to filing cabinet. Would recommend and use them again

Going away on Monday. Decide on Friday to check roof box…. Couldn’t find the key!!! Turned house upside down. No joy. After a quick call to Graham, all sorted. Key arrived on Saturday!!! Amazing service. Great prices. Thank you for your help.

Super fast service, got the key I ordered the next day. What more can you ask for !!!

Very easy to order a replacement key for my desk pedestal. Greta communication and the key was delivered the next day. Thank you!

Perfect experience. Sales team responds instantly.

Outstanding company

I sent an image of a key, as no one so far can cut one even though I borrowed the sane jet from my neighbour.

I took a pic and customer service responded quickly to say they can get one cut.

My key arrived a few days later and it fits perfectly

Excellent service, I highly recommend

Excellent service. Responded to my enquiry very quickly. Website very easy to navigate and order processing excellent. Order came next day. Would highly recommend this Company. Thank you.

What a refreshing change, I have had to 2 problems with key orders , 1 was a broken lock the other was my fault . On both occasions I was sent an email advising me of the cause of the problem , the remedial action they were taking, and I received replacement keys and a new lock within days.
It was so unusual to see a company that had so much confidence in there product and service that they DARED to put their address and phone number on their internet site and actually put a persons name on their emails.
Many thanks for your excellent service

I had lost one of only two keys for a 96" Tool Chest, none of the local key cutters could help. I sent a picture to Lockdoctor.biz on Monday afternoon the key was identified and i had three new keys via the post on Wednesday and they all work perfectly. Fantastic service with no fuss.

I ordered some locks and keys from this place - Amanda was good helping which one to choose therefore nice customer service and they came super quick in the post plus it was cheap cheap cheap comparied to other sellers!

After months of waiting for a key to my locker at work and 2 deliveries of keys conveniently going missing upon delivery, I decided to order a replacement myself.
After spending some time looking around I chose 'lockdoctor' and I'm so glad I did, easy to order, ordered Friday afternoon and was delivered to my home Saturday morning.
Thank you :)

Ordered a replacement key for my Thule roofbox from Amazon.co.uk. £1.95! Arrived quickly and was smooth as silk in the barrel. Thank you.
