service was excellent and delivery was really quick, it was so easy to order I would recommend them to any one

We had two desks for which the drawers were locked and the keys had gone AWOL, and surprisingly it wasn't possible to open them with other keys, spoons or screwdrivers. I noted the number on the locks and ordered two sets from Lockdoctor.biz, they arrived the very next morning and work perfectly.

Cheap as chips and a great service - highly recommended!

We needed keys for all sorts of different locks, and after an incredibly disappointing service from another company, we found Lockdoctor.biz. On the phone they were very polite and clear, and took every extra step possible to assure us that we would be getting the right products. The keys arrived promptly and were all correct. I couldn't recommend this service more.

I ordered some replacement keys for a filing cabinet and they arrived very quickly. The website was easy to use and I am pleased with Lockdoctor's service.

Wicked thanks

Picture on website shows an original key but I actually received a copy ?
I was charged £4.95 for recorded delivery but key was sent standard first class 60p

I required a key TOK 001, I had ordered this from another company but when it turned up it was labelled as the key but the cut was wrong.
I then contacted lockdoctor to ask what there key looked like and they asked for a photo of the key, within 5 mins of sending I had an email back stating there key was the same. I duly ordered 8 off of these keys and they arrived the next day.

great service

I used Lockdoctor recently wanted keys for a couple of work locks and after checking their site managed to find just what the Doctor ordered made my life easier and stress free

Have been using Lockdoctor for several years now. Far easier ordering online than trying to get keys cut locally.

As above, very happy with service, product and will use again.

Having used Lockdoctor before I was confident of a good service, and again the service was good. Ordering was easy and delivery within 48 hours makes this a reliable supplier.

I found Lockdocor good tol deal with. I will certainly us them in the future.

I ordered a desk lock and about a week later I got an email that it couldn't be posted. Are they out of stock or why not suggest an alternative lock?

We ordered the products and they delivered very promptly and excellent quality. I would definitely recommend them.

Selecting the right key was easy; the images and diagrams were good enabling a decision to be made in confidence

I've used this company a number of times over the years and they're great. The replacement keys always work and delivery is always super fast. So far there hasn't been a key that I've not been able to get from them.

ggreat company cannot fault sevice recomend them to anybody

lock now fitted and working thank you

Will be back with another order this week.

Always have had and received within a day or two.

No problems

I have had a very good experience with Lock Doctor. I had a problem with the first key I ordered and they sent a replacement free of charge, no quibbles. After a few orders I needed to return some and they were happy to help and return my money.
