,lFirstly, the location. Absolutely stunning-secondly the staff were amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. Would I come again? Yes, I would.

5th October, Fort William, we had a lovely time , we had two extra trips , we had two drivers Tracy and Cameron as one of the coaches had to be repaired, Food and Accommodation was very good, very good evening entertainment, Lovely weather most of the time , We did the train ride from Fort William to mallaig off our own back and our coach was in mallaig so we had a trip to the hotel 10/10 , we are looking forward the next one , in March,

Good value, very comfortable accommodation. And we saw a lot in a short time. Spectacular location for the hotel.

From setting off away to coming home Lochs and Glens work like a well oiled machine. Dawn the coach driver was brilliant, very friendly and an excellent driver. The hotel Loch Tummel was in the most perfect location, with a fabulous view across the Loch. The hotel was clean and welcoming, good food and friendly attentive staff. 😀

I really enjoyed my recent holiday with Lochs &Glens.
Dave was our driver and he couldn't do enough for us.
All the staff at Inversnaid were very friendly and helpful. Two small observations are the lighting in the Bar and small hall was not very relaxing. Also we had one meal( fish and chips)which wasn't pleasant.
All other meals were very good and the breakfasts were excellent.The rooms were very comfortable.

too much time spent in towns with no interest, it has always been the same ,do it yourselves and see what you think ,particularly in autumn and winter.Menu at breakfast has not moved on for 25 / 30 years although perfectly good food, most hotels we now visit offer continental menu as well so choice of eiher or mixture of both,I realise that is difficult with your covers over a short timescale .But you did ask for truthful comments , we wont be coming again as the travel is too much ,we had forgotten the toll it takes, we came last about 25 yrs ago visiting most of the different hotels. the Hotel , Staff and rest of the holiday were fine though to be fair , good luck for the future

So well planned from beginning to end. Very good drivers. Clean and comfortable hotel with very polite and helpful staff, especially in the dining room. So nice for me that there's no surcharge for single room, and I actually had a twin bedded room all to myself. I'll definitely use Lochs and Glens again.

A stress free, relaxing break. Very well organised with friendly, welcoming staff and a special mention for our driver, Joe, who was a encyclopedia of information and kept us entertained throughout the holiday.

The organisation is great, we had a problem with the ferry to the hotel due to bad weather, it was sorted immediatly without any hazzle and the driver Trevor coped very well.

The hotel was wonderful. Superb staff who made us feel comfortable and kept the hotel immaculate. A great place to stay with superb views across the Loch and good access to all the amenities of the town.

I enjoyed the journey across the Loch to the coach each day.
The Falkirk wheel.was amazing.
Food was good and they were very careful as I am gluten free.
The room was clean, comfortable and with a great view.

Even though it was long journey it was broken up with comfort stops. Our driver Sian kept up informed all the way. The hotel was clean, the food basic but good and the staff friendly. Would recommend

Going to places we hadn't been before.

From the coach pick up to the drop off at the end of our holiday the experience was first class. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Comfortable and well-appointed hotels, pleasant helpful staff and good excursions with professional, knowledgeable drivers. Each hotel is located in a beautiful setting befitting the wonderful Scottish landscape.

It was our first lochs and glens holiday we couldn’t fault it at all . Our driver Trevor was very helpful and informative our feeder coach drivers were friendly . And also the hotel staff . Such a lovely place to stay and the food was good with such a large choice . .

For all my meals I was on my own , I have been with a different company for holidays and they seated all people on there own together .
