From the coach pick up to the drop off at the end of our holiday the experience was first class. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Comfortable and well-appointed hotels, pleasant helpful staff and good excursions with professional, knowledgeable drivers. Each hotel is located in a beautiful setting befitting the wonderful Scottish landscape.

It was our first lochs and glens holiday we couldn’t fault it at all . Our driver Trevor was very helpful and informative our feeder coach drivers were friendly . And also the hotel staff . Such a lovely place to stay and the food was good with such a large choice . .

For all my meals I was on my own , I have been with a different company for holidays and they seated all people on there own together .

Excellent hotel food trips out and driver wonderful all round will definitely go again first class service

Second trip with Lochs &Glens. Superbly organised and very enjoyable.. from the lovely informative drivers to the amazing hospitality at the welcoming hotels.

The trip was fantastic from pick up to end. Brilliant coach driver who was knowledgeable and had a great personality. Hotel was good and trips were fantastic

Lovely Hotel in a wonderful location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent food, lovely room with a view of the Loch entertainment good must nights too.
My only observation was that the walls were a bit bare and could do with some more pictures

Great trip to Scotland with Lochs and Glen. Fab hotel and Dave our coach driver was fantastic. Will be booking again soon.

From getting onto the coach and arriving home all wonderful. Regular comfort breaks with everything well planned and carried out. Clear instructions for the next day and a comfortable hotel with excellent food and entertainment. Also a beautiful setting and great itinerary.

The journey there and back was smooth and relaxing thanks to Trevor). The hotel staff were very helpful, kind and attentive to those less able.

Thoroughly enjoyed my short four night break in Scotland. This time staying at the Ardgarten Hotel on Loch Long.
Booking/pick up and journey there and back seamless.
Went to some nice places and welcomed on our return to the hotel each evening with a gorgeous roaring fire in the reception.
I’ve now stayed at all Loch’s & Glens hotels. Do I have a favourite? Ooh .. not sure as they are all so nice, each with their own character.
As a solo traveller I find the whole process easy and convenient.
I’ll be back again soon!

Gluten free food for a very severe coeliac. People I met, staff, accommodation, coach driver. Could do without all the shops. 9 out of 10.

Loch Achray hotel is a good all round destination. Staff great as is the dining with good choices.
Excursions could be more engaging other than " walking around a town ".

The hotel does not use free range eggs, I consider that to be criminal!
Your driver Tracey was rude and dismissive about vegetarians and rufused to recomend vegetarian eateries in Fort William, ust for the record, there are many!!
The hotel staff put me on a table on my own? ( because i explained that middle of the room acoustics were difficult for me, but i spent the week feeling very alone) There were several empty places on tables around the sides with other people on.
The last two hours of each journey were very difficult to endure..............I have no sugestion for this, sorry .

Our driver, Jo Parsley was great, very informative, good sense of humour and very helpful. The hotel was very good, clean comfortable room, staff were friendly and food was good. The location of the hotel was stunning, lovely views down the loch.
