Lo sconsiglio vivamente... Mi hanno dato l'auto che non aveva il pieno di benzina, poi l'ho restituita con esattamente lo stesso livello di benzina, e senza avvisare senza dirmi niente mi hanno addebitato 45 euro di costi per il servizio di rifornimento e 10 euro di
benzina mancante. A prescidere dal livello di benzina il ragazzo che mi ha servita avrebbe dovuto avvisarmi e visto che mancavano ancora 3 ore dall'orario prestabilito di consegna, magari avrei potuto fare i 10 euro mancanti di benzina ma non l'ha fatto, mi ha detto che era tutto a posto e solo 4 ore dopo
ho visto l'addebito im carta di 55 euro.
Molto scorretti e soprattutto non sai mai cosa ti potrebbero addebitare senza avvisare...

La mia esperienza è stata molto limitata, in quanto io ero solo il fruitore dell'auto, fornita da UnipolRental come auto sostitutiva.

Il mezzo puzzava terribilmente di fumo in cabina. Carrozzeria piena di piccole ammaccature, spero non me ne addebitino qualcuna. Spia del motore e segnale di controllare lo stesso. spiaggia di mancato funzionamento luce targa, dopo 500 km mi chiedeva Adblue, ne ho messo 5 litri e la spia continuava a dire che serviva l'adblue. Mah

Hired Audi A3 . Car was a bit battered with 70,000km on the clock. However, I presumed this was mainly cosmetic. The problem was that after driving only a few kilometres a warning light came on saying that the break pads had come to the end of their life. This was an Amber warning light so I continued to use the car and it would have ruined our holiday schedule if I had driven back to the rental office, especially as I was returning it to another office. Also, I had an episode of the emergency call sign flashing for no obvious reason, although I gather this can be a problem on Audis. Overall it made me question the degree of maintenance that had been carried out. In general, I have had no real problems with renting from Locauto but this car was not up to the standard expected

Tutto perfetto!! Ho conosciuto Locauto tramite la mia assicurazione che mi dato a disposizione un auto sostitutiva a causa di un incidente e devo dire sono rimasta molto contenta! Mi hanno dato un auto nuova e molto bella un Nissan Juke. Il ragazzo molto gentile! Lo consiglio!!!

Our experience at the Ravenna office was unacceptable. It took over 2.5 hours to collect the car despite only four customers being present. Staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy to help. To make matters worse, although we booked and paid for a VW T-Roc (medium/large), we were handed a VW Golf — a smaller car, not what we paid extra for. This feels dishonest and disrespectful. I will never use or recommend your company again.

I’ve recently hired a car from Locauto to drive from Ravenna to Venice, the team in Venice were great but Ravenna was awful. The customer service experience was awful and they charged me for two extra products without telling me! Terrible experience and taking advantage of me. Will not be using again!

Ho noleggiato diverse volte la macchina qui e mi sono sempre trovata bene, personale gentilissimo, Gabriele sempre disponibile.
