Highly recommended! We had an excellent experience renting a car from this company. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. There was no security deposit required, which was a huge advantage, and the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful.
The car was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly from pick-up to drop-off. We will definitely rent from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental company.

Fenomenalna obsługa. Bezproblemowe wypożyczenie. Warto wykupić pełne ubezpieczenie i nie martwić się o nic . Odbiór auta szybko i miło. Minimum formalności .Procedura oddania auta dokładnie opisana w wiadomości na what's app.( Łącznie ze zdjęciami i linkiem do map Google gdzie odstawić samochód .) Auto w stanie idealnym. Nowe i czyste. To nasze kolejne wypożyczenie w tej firmie i na pewno nie ostatnie. Polecamy.

The gentlemen who assisted us with check-in and getting our vehicle were fantastic—friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy.
The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the car. The interior was clean and perfectly fine, but the exterior had not been washed before we picked it up.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and appreciated the excellent customer service.

Foarte rapizi, masina buna , insa am avut ceva emotii deoarece masina avea o dauna usoara nesemnalata. Comunicarea greoaie , insa per total am reusit sa iau legatura cu ei si sa raportez respectiva dauna fara sa fie alte discutii.

The adress LOCAUTO informs …18C, is the Parking Lot Next Door.
There is adtional problem with luggage. The LOCAUTO parking lot is far from Train Station in Bari- and there are stairs and dangerious crossing for pedestrians.
Adtionally , LOCAUTO must better identify its parking lot or improve GPS, WAZE and GOOGLE MAPS friendly use.

Regarding the distance between our parking area and the train station, we kindly ask for your understanding that this difficult logistics layout is determined by the city and station infrastructure, rather than Locauto directly. That said, we completely understand how challenging this can be when carrying luggage.
