Dear Ivan, thank you for taking the time to write this review.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your rental. At the same time, we are glad to hear that you appreciated our staff's support, and we will certainly take your feedback into account to continuously improve our service.
Despite our careful pre-rental checks and inspections, unexpected mechanical issues can unfortunately still occur once a rental has started.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption to your journey, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future to provide a much smoother experience.
Chiara

Smooth and easy rental experience
Renting a car from Locauto Bari Centrale was a very smooth experience. All documents were digital, staff was very friendly and there was no annoying upselling of insurances.
There were clear instructions on how to leave the car in the parking hall where we just left the Keys in a box. That's it.
The location of the parking hall was a bit aside but its a minor gap.
