The car was very dirty inside en outside. We stil didn’t receive our payment back.
We payed separately for the fuel service at my creditcard I see but the initial € 500,- is still missing after almost 3 weeks!

Regarding your deposit: please note that you will not receive a full refund of the pre-authorized amount, as charges were applied for the missing fuel and the refueling service fee. The remaining balance (the difference between the security deposit and the final refueling charge) has been released and will be automatically credited back to your account by your bank.

Very quick and professional
Very quick and professional. The car was exactly what we wanted and what we saw online. We could have used a little more direction on how to return our car at the airport. We had an early flight and didn't know where to return the keys. The kiosks weren't open yet so no one was available. Another family was searching with us too, we weren't the only ones in this situation. Thankfully a security guard told us to go to the counter inside the airport.

Everything was fine, just a small problem when we left the car, they asked us to put more gasoline and it just needed 7 lt to be full
We left the car two days before so maybe they could have left it as it was

Regarding the fuel, our standard policy is "full to full." If a vehicle is returned without a full tank, a refuelling service fee plus the cost of the missing liters is charged automatically.
Additionally, because your booking was prepaid through a third-party broker, we were unable to simply deduct or waive the small difference upon early return—third-party brokers do not refund unused days or adjust charges after the rental period starts. To avoid charging you the refuelling service fee on top of the missing fuel, our team requested that you top off the remaining 7 liters directly.
We appreciate your understanding, and we hope to welcome you again in the future!

Esperienza ottima. Unica cosa ho prenotato tramite Booking la macchina, ma al momento del ritiro non sapevano dovessi pagare delle cose in più per avere l’assicurazione completa e altre cose, glielo ho dovuto far notare io andando a cercare tra le e-mail di ricevuta. Inoltre ce l’hanno consegnata parcheggiandola in una stradina messa in contromano
