Excelente servicio. Alquilamos un auto en la sucursal de la estación de trenes de Bari y lo entregamos en el aeropuerto, sin ningún tipo de inconveniente. Nos dieron una camioneta más grande de la que habíamos reservado, en excelente estado, nueva, muy cómoda, limpia. Recomendó 100%. Gracias

I am giving this experience 1 star due to the complete lack of response to my complaint regarding an incorrect overcharge.
My original booking included full “Don’t Worry” insurance, but after repeated pricing errors and contradictory confirmations from Locauto, the insurance was removed from my booking without my knowledge, and I was subsequently charged again for it at the Bari Centrale branch.
I submitted a detailed complaint through your Customer Service Portal on 6 August, attaching all booking emails and WhatsApp conversations as evidence. I sent another reminder on 10 August, again attaching the complete documentation. I have still received no response or acknowledgement whatsoever.
I am therefore requesting that this matter be investigated urgently and that the wrongly charged amount be refunded at the earliest.

We were very happy with our experience. It was easy, simple and efficient. No pressured insurance sale, just a few minutes to take possession and drop off.

Very good service. Very attentive and very reactive agents. They are clear and there are no bad surprises from start to finish. We asked for a car of the day for the next day. Great availability requested cars. All information is sent on WhatsApp. Handing over the keys is very simple. I highly recommend!!
