I have just picked up my Audi sq5. I could not be happier with the car, it’s by far my favourite car I have bought from LMC. Which stands at 5 so far. They part exchanged my old Audi (which I got from them) with no problems. They even helped me put on my private plates

After having my car for 2-2.5 months…
After having my car for 2-2.5 months company comes with conclusion that the car is being misfuelled and is a user error. They take money from you for repairs and then when they can’t repair they put such false allegations on you that it’s a user error, etc. What they said to us was they are waiting for parts and then suddenly that the user error. Such a shame. They think they can fool their customers. I would never advise anyone to buy car from Lmc worst after sales service. They don’t pick up call even during office hours and don’t update properly. When I called they refused to give an update. Worst company to buy car from. They haven’t returned my car. I have been waiting since so long.

We’re unsure why you’ve chose to add another review rather than edit your original review and chosen to leave out key parts of the story in this version. To be absolutely clear, we have written proof from an independent garage confirming that the issue with your vehicle was caused by misfuelling. This is not a mechanical fault, and therefore not covered under warranty. So no—we are not telling lies.
We held the vehicle only because the symptoms you described could not be replicated or diagnosed at first. This was not due to a fault on our part, but rather because the real cause—misfuelling—only became clear after deeper investigation.
We also want to clarify that we answered your calls and provided consistent updates throughout. Where we do draw the line is what happened on one particular Friday evening, when you made over 20 phone calls after 8pm, well outside business hours. When asked respectfully to stop, you then continued to call a staff member’s personal phone from a blocked number, which is simply not acceptable.

The service was very professional, Ali the sales rep. was very knowledgeable of all that was asked rand about the add on extras that were available.
After a test run, we purchased the car and will collect later in the week

Car was not very well cleaned inside…
Car was not very well cleaned inside plus it smelt horrible still trying to get rid of disgusting stink .Would I recommend I don't think so would I purchase another car from them definitely not all I can say is before parting with any money check the
vehicle out first on handover day
Parcel shelf was missing I did not notice until I got home only one key my problem by then was I had already paid for car so be careful and double check everything.

All our vehicles are professionally valeted prior to handover, but if the cleanliness or interior smell did not meet your expectations, we apologise. We would have been happy to address this at the time if it had been raised.
In regard to the missing parcel shelf and only receiving one key, we always advise customers to thoroughly inspect the vehicle on the day of handover and raise any concerns before finalising the sale. We try to ensure any items that come with the car are clearly shown at the time, but we understand things can be overlooked and we are always willing to help where we can.
We do encourage all customers to double-check everything prior to collection or delivery, and we’re happy to assist with any queries or checks needed beforehand.
Terrible after sales service
Terrible after sales service, no handbook, no cover for the estate car , no fuel when delivered promised full tank, no telephone calls returned all in all one star is generous, car was filthy inside when delivery.

Don’t buy from this place!!!!
Purchased a car through lmc, they were quick to take my deposit but had to wait over a week for the car to be delivered. When the car was delivered there was no locking nuts, no parcel shelf and I had a bold tyre. I contacted the after sales team straight away and they said they would return my call… still waiting for my call back 3 weeks later. When I made a complaint to the finance team about this, Ali contacted me and said that I would need to order the part and they will reimburse me. When I read other people’s reviews and how similar situation happened to them and that they are still waiting for their money back, I contacted them straight away and explained that I am not ordering the part and that they should, I was told they will order this part. I am still waiting 3 weeks later. I have now contacted the ombudsman to go further with my complaint
