Everything you go there the cars they put in the yard they put the rims right on the rocker moldings so u can't get them and also the red headed guy at erdman ave is rude they don't realize that bye us buying parts that's how they get paid so let's see if the owners care for us customers
Eric is I guess the manager but has no conflict resolution skills! They sold us the wrong part and instead of giving us a refund made us hold on to it for the weekend now our customer canceled and they want us to drive back down there to return the wrong part they would not accept while we were there last week! What a total joke Eric then thought it was funny to laugh at us when we expressed our concerns. Also once we got there it took over 30 minutes for us to leave with the wrong part! Everything about this Warehouse is mismatched! I hope corporate sees this review and some somebody into clean it up! What a joke. We will purchase our parts elsewhere there are a lot of junk yards in Phoenix to choose from do not go to this location! And Eric is the worst manager I've ever dealt with
Worst experience ever bad attitude. Act like you are bothering them when asking a question. On the way out they micro pic every part charge for every it bolt screw then slide in the extra fees for returns. I had my core they were not happy huffing and puffing the price ended up higher with core than it was before.

What a ridiculous bunch I broke down in front of their main gate. I blew a tire out on my truck. They wouldn’t even sell me a tire on a rim to fit my truck. He said we could sell you two tires, but not on the rim meanwhile they got a yard here full of vehicles and can’t even help a guy out with one tire for a used parts place what a bunch of peopleI am so depressed so angry with this company I would not recommend them at all. What a bunch.
LKQ Pick Your Part did an amazing job making my transaction easy and convenient! I had a car that had not been running for two years. They had a tow truck come to pick up the vehicle within 24 hours (very nice and professional gentleman), and all I had to do was take my title to their office in Huntsville. The original quote was for $410 but after seeing the condition of the parts, they cut me a check for $450. The lady in the office was super nice too. 10 out of ten, I would recommend.

This company committed an obvious Bait-and Switch Scam on my daughter today. She had a complete 2003 Chevy Impala. Other than not running, it was all there ready to part out. She was told they would pay a flat $250 for the car. After paying for a Tow truck to take the car there, they then said they could only pay $105. Knowing full well she was stuck with little other choice but to pay the Tow truck again to take the car back.
This is an obvious Bait-and-Switch SCAM.
