Great shop and products! I've done business with this company for 17 years and their sheepskin products are second to none. Kevin and Ashley are trustworthy and able people and they've always discounted their products for me being a repeat customer for my cars, trucks, and motorcycles. In this recent experience, they outfitted my 2010 Lincoln Town Car with a full sheepskin interior from the dash all the way to the backseats. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

First, the website made it easy to determine what may be best for my needs. Then, I contacted sales via the email on the site and Ashley was fantastic! My seat covers arrived over the weekend, I installed them promptly then took my 25 year old sportscar out for a ride. It is soooo comfy now I may not go back to my everday sedan! Thanks AutoHQ...love the service and my seat covers! I think my wife will get some for Mother's Day next...

Great communication, excellent quality product.

These covers are well made but a nightmare to install or take off. If you have lots of wires under the seats it's really difficult to find some place to attach these that does not interfere with wires or side airbags.

Product looks nice but it just didn't work out.

I just received and (easily) installed my seat covers. They are beautiful and fit perfectly. The company is very well organized and anticipate any contingency; excellent communication and attention to detail. Best customer service I have experienced—maybe ever!

Finally I found the right seats cover for my Diamond DA50! Nice quality with perfect match to the color of the seats.
Finally, my back doesn't sweat anymore, and my flights are more pleasant. Aesthetically perfect.

This is a great company! My experience with Auto began a few months ago when I purchased seat covers for my Honda Civic on their website. Turns out, I ordered the wrong covers, so I reached out to support and they helped to ensure my order was updated for the correct covers. All good.

Later, I was contacted by support and told my covers would be upgraded for a perfect fit and to make sure the back seat covers would also take into account the cup holder. Support was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, texting me updates on my order and going so far as to make sure everything was correct and that I was happy. A ton of green flags here.

My front seat covers arrived first and they were absolutely perfect. Excellent quality. The first seat covers took me a little while to install (my fault, I was too lazy to read the instructions provided in the box the covers arrived in), but after installing the first one, the second one took only 10mins to install since I knew the process. They also have a YouTube video that shows you how to do it if you’re a visual learner.

My back seat covers arrived last week and they are just as impressive as the front seat covers and they also work seamlessly with the back seat liner I had installed. Overall, I’m extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for seat covers. I value communication, transparency, and good customer service, and this company passes in all 3 categories.

Placed an order for a Superlamb® Original Custom Sheepskin Seat Covers-Front Seat - Low Back Bucket, Adjustable Headrest on 06/03/25 for my 2025 Mercedes GLC 300 coupe. Cover they sent did not fit and one of the elastic straps immediately pulled apart because it was not sewn on properly. Sent back to them and have been dealing with their excuse after excuse. Bottom line, they now want to send back the original cover (that did not fit) because they did not make a new one. Said they would go to Mercedes dealership and fit the new cover and send pictures of the cover on the seat of my make and model car. They did not send that picture and are now covering their tracks. Their website and CS rep promised this cover would 'fit like a glove' and it is FAR from it. Now they are sending me this..."returns are not accepted on any custom made-to-order item, for any reason. We are proud of our work, guarantee the fit and quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any issues" BS, It is now 08/12/25 and I am out $349.99 and have no seat cover. Do not do business with this company unless you want to lose your money and be told that you are at fault and they are not!
