amazing 2 night break will defiantly be back 🖤

Stayed for 2 nights at the Whitehorse holiday park. The park is not entirely finished, our lodge looked out onto rubble and half assembled cabins. All cabins are located extremely close to each other so not a lot of privacy.
On arrival there was no hot water or heating as the boiler wasn’t working , we informed reception and they called an out of hours plumber to fix this. We were offered another lodge if issue wasn’t rectified but it was smaller
Unsure whether park has wifi as we weren’t given these details. Lodge would benefit from a welcome book containing this sort of info.
White towels had stains on them. No tea towel provided and only 1 dishwasher tablet. Cooking equipment was inadequate for a lodge that sleeps 6 people. For example the frying pan was only big enough for 1 egg! Only 2 out of 4 rings on the hob worked.
Oven was full of dirty trays when we arrived and Glasses in cupboard were dirty. Fridge also was dirty inside and needed a wipe, not to mention the missing freezer compartment door in the fridge.
Bathrooms were full of spiders / cobwebs
Location is very far out from anything, no nearby shops or pubs / resturants so feels very stranded.
The road to get to the site is a single file track which in places is full of large pot holes
On our first night , Friday, there was extremely load noise until around 1am with people shouting etc. similar case on the second night too.
Personally I wouldn’t stay again or recommend

Liv Retreats On black bull retreat we stayed was absolutely amazing the place was so peaceful the cabin was beautiful and nice the bed was so comfortable the hot tub was my favourite staff were so welcoming was such a lovely place to just relax stay there again

Stayed here for 2 days it was clean comfortable nice and quiet would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely come again. The chalet had everything you would at home excellent thank you

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE UNLESS YOU WANT TO CLEAN THE LODGE YOURSELF!!!

If there was an option of zero stars it would be that!

We was first to notice the white stain on the sofa but thought nothing of it but the list grew disgustingly bigger!

Personal hairs in the bed sheets!
Thick dust everywhere
Food stains on tea towels
Light that wasn’t working then started flickering constantly
Unfinished or patched up work from a light switch
Mucky tap and sink in the bathroom
Dead moths on the floor and cooker
Stain mark what only looked like faeces on the sink bottom
An the state of the floor my socks where full of dirt!

Unfortunately it doesn’t stop there we arrived with pod was ice cold we put the one singular small radiator on at had taken 8 nearly 9 hours to warm the lodge up to a temperature where we could take one of our 2 jumpers we was wearing off. Due to it being so cold i was in the pod with 2 jumpers on my body warmer my normal socks , fluffy bed sock and slippers just to keep warm!

Tv we had to sort out the signal ourselves.

Hot tub was unable until the 2 night.

A not to mention the reception was closed most of the time so we couldn’t report the issues even though the opening times was 9am-8pm.Even when we checked out at 9:15am it wasn’t open.

Very disappointed wont be going again.

Emailed customer service about our disgusting stay and they offered us a restay. Rest assured I do not want to restay with these again. After declining a restay due to experience we had the customer service email replies from them started getting rude and abrupt and not willing to help in any way.

We booked our stay through LM last minute hot tub breaks honestly she went above and beyond to find us what we would like.
We turned up to our little getaway at white horse holiday park the lodge was unbelievable so clean and relaxing the also the staff where fab (especially when I dropped my phone between the decking and the hottub Rory went above and beyond to get it out)
Can't wait to book again!
Honestly if your thinking about booking go for it! You won't be disappointed 😊

Comfortable clean Lodge and site has everything you need for your stay, friendly onsite pub with small park and heated pods.

Nice relaxing weekend with the family and pup.

Simple process booking through ‘Bargain Breaks’
We got a bargain last minute break expecting.. not too much.
But wow, the price didn’t reflect how amazing the Place was. Sherwood is gorgeous and a favourite of ours anyway, so having a weekend here in a gorgeous lodge, with private sauna, jacuzzi bath etc was amazing.
The site had so much to do, the staff on site were helpful and always at hand to answer any questions.
All I would say is- get booking!
We have already booked several more breaks for next year, including different sites!

I recently stayed at Little Eden Country Park with my family and doggy. We were welcomed on arrival by the park manager Toni, who walked us over to our lodge. It was dark when we arrived and she switched all the external lighting on for us. Showed us the lodge, explained how the hot tub operated and how to amend the heating. The lodge was immaculate. The little coffee pods and little touches were great. We walked around the park and the lake, made use of the pods and explored the local area, with too much to squeeze into a weekend. Toni was there when we checked out and handed over the keys. I would highly recommend this park to all my friends and family.

Easy checkin, very comfortable clean accomodation, well maintained including the hot tubs. There is a good variety of different accomodation at very reasonable prices.

The staff are quick to resolve any issues within the accomodation. On site facilities are good.

Had a lovely little weekend gateaway the lodge was perfect, already booked for the new year

Had a brilliant stay at Little Eden in bridlington. Everything was perfect and very clean. Hot tub was amazing! The booking process was very straightforward. Would definitely book again

💯 recommend we had a great cheeky weekend away with friends, the lodges were lovely, spacious, clean and everything needed for a get away. We had a lodge overlooking the lake and once in the private hot tub it was so relaxing. Will book again many thanks

Stayed at woodlakes Kings Lynn twice now. Both stays were perfect. Will definitely be back. Lodge was well presented and staff were all very friendly. The fishing there is great, fish are in immaculate condition. The food at Jacks restaurant is second to none.

The lodge was lovely very cozy ,it had everything you needed for a relaxing weekend ,couldnt recomend this company high enough would definitely book again and going to x

Where do I start….
I 100% recommend livs lodges to couples, friends, families honestly anyone!
The lodges are beautiful, newly freshly decorated throughout, spacious , clean , cosy and have everything you need from pots and pans too fridge/freezer, oven and washing machines! The hot tub was so relaxing and the scenery is amazing surrounding the area, we went on a lovely walk along the water side!
Gary was amazing too greet us and the lady behind the bar was so friendly and warming!
All staff we met along our little stay was full of smiles and happy to help if we needed anything!
Can not big this place up enough!
We will deffinatley be returning next year and can not wait!
