Great lodges in various locations! Been 3 times already with a 4th booked in soon! Brilliant customer service -very quick to respond & more than helpful! Always clean & hot tubs are the best. Reasonable prices & excellent when drop on discount offers! ⭐️

Had an amazing experience from start to finish with Liv lodges, the booking process was so simple and effective. The lodge itself, I can’t even begin to describe how amazing it was! Hot tub was at temp and ready on arrival, lodge was perfectly clean, and staff on site were very helpful! Will definitely be returning xx

Such a great little escape and get away with friends, family or work colleagues. We booked through Claudia which was so easy and quick. Have even booked to go away in January took advantage of the Black Friday special. 2 great restaurants to eat from and nice and peaceful. Definitely recommend to book and stay.

Stayed with this company at scarbourgh easy booking , well informed and beautiful lodge with a fantastic view .we had a fab family holiday close to scarbourgh and all amenities. We even found a lovely shop proud foot where you could buy almost anything.lovely pubs in area for lunch no complaints from us .we will be back

5 star stay at applegrove ( luxbarn & harrington 10). Great staff and would definitely book again.

Stayed at a lodge earlier this year family, really enjoyed ourselves, easy access to both Bridlington and Scarborough as well.
The lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need to have a fantastic stay.
Will be returning.

Definitely recommend, quick and easy to book. Fabulous parks have stayed at 3 so far and plan more trips in the new year. All staff very friendly and can’t do enough for you. All lodges are simply stunning with all you need for a relaxing break.

Easy and secure to book!! Was such a nice relaxing break! Exact what me and my partner needed! Hot tub was amazing! Pub onsite was getting refurbished at the time but still allowed us to grab a drink and relax. Staff all friendly too! Black bull

I would not recommend this company, after our first stay at Barmston was terrible and we left after one night I was offered a second stay at Bridlington and that was in the same style liv lodge. very uncomfortable and dirty. I have emailed them and still not had a response. Don't waste your money!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I’ve recently returned from a stay at Woodlakes Park in Norfolk with my partner which we got at a discounted price due to a horrendous break at the White Horse Park in Lincolnshire.

This park made White Horse look luxurious, not only are the pods far from Luxory the site itself is in a serious state of repair. Upon arrival the reception was closed and there was nobody the check us in so he had to find our accommodation in the dark by ourselves, once we managed to find it (Acorn 3) I realised that this wasn’t actually the place I had booked on the photos. I tried calling the number on the email confirmation but this was also switched off.

The ‘hot tub’ which isn’t actually a hot tub didn’t work so we were unable to use that, the accommodation was dirty and the sofa was covered in stains.

The following morning we packed our bags and left, I have requested a partial refund due to the fact it was the wrong accommodation, the hot tub wasn’t working and we only stayed one of the 2 nights and despite agreeing at first they are now avoiding all contact with me.

Nothing but a scam don’t spend your hard earned cash on this place!

We stayed at Woodlakes Park Norfolk 7th-11th August. The whole area around our lodge was a building site, with constant power tools and machinery from 7am every day. Lodge was unfinished and we spent 3 days of our 5 day break stuck in waiting for people to fix various problems and safety issues including a broken boiler which had been fitted incorrectly and leaked all over the floor. Management were nowhere to be found until check out day when we were eventually offered a refund however I did speak to the park owner whilst we were there who agreed that it was not acceptable and advised me to seek a refund. More than six weeks later and lots of chasing from my end and the refund still hasn't been issued. I had been assured several times by different people that it had been processed and would be 7-10 days but when the time period was up, the refund stil hadn't appeared. No contact whatsoever from Liv Lodges to explain why and now not returning my calls or emails. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I'm appalled at the complete lack of customer service and common decency. Such a shame as once the lodges are finished it will be a lovely site, but paying customers should not have to be subjected to building site conditions when they are expecting a 'luxury break'.

We stayed here this weekend at the woodlands norfolk site. I believe due to it still being under construction the full price shouldn't have been paid. There's building going on with diggers and .It is also unsuitable for children that use a buggy, the pebble walk ways are impossible to use with a buggy. The hot tub is not a jacuzzi, just a whirl pool bath.

Horrendous company, how anyone can stay on the sites is beyond me. Place is a building site, nothing is safe. Speaking to the builders the site is travler owned and they owe companies thousands for completed works and are refusing to pay. Avoid at all costs its an accident waiting to happen!

Superb Getaway - first class service

I booked a bank holiday weekend at liv lodges white horse holiday park to treat my mom and son . I booked through booking. Com the pictures used arnt the lodge I got to stay in and the promises made they do not abide by . My first impression of the park was to be greeted by a guy that made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, he told me I should smile more and that I was being hard work ,I only asked where the shops were and what was to do in the area .he replied with the pub is here what more could you want ,as I said I was with mum and my son the pub was definitely not what I was looking for and he seemed annoyed that I felt that way ,he went on to say that I was hard work and all this is before I even got to the lodge ,once inside I mentioned to smell of urine and found multiple dirty stained covers of chairs and duvets .now I paid over 500 for this so expected it to at least be clean .we had a conversation about tattershall which is where we usually stay he grunted slating tattershall and again remarking on me being the problem and left .so asides from it smelling and being dirty I could see it's potential the lodge had everything you would need apart from the tranquil experience it promised it was noisy the pub disco was loud and 3 cabins had been let out to young lads partying till 2am the park is tiny so it sounds like they are on your door step especially when they were running around on our decking this made me uncomfortable and we left a day early I felt angry an tense instead of relaxed and happy and I'd wasted my hard earned cash on this shambles of a site I think you need to pic your clientele it can be club 18-30 and be a tranquil retreat!

I have been contacted by the owner of the company Liv Lodges, namely Mitchell Barney. We are in discussion as to how to amicably resolve the issues raised. At this point I have re-evaluated my review as positive discussions are in progress. As far as I can see we have a mutually beneficial aim of resolving these issues to the benefit of us both. On satisfactory conclusion I will be happy to upgrade the rating.

10 May, I have now been treated to lunch and offered a trial stay at one of their sites. Although the investment is no longer proceeding the relationship is on a good footing and we continue to work together for our mutual benefit.

25 November - We have now spent a wonderful complimentary 2 days at Woodlakes Park, Norfolk, in a log cabin with an outlook over a lake. Included was a hot tub. The accommodation was excellent and we were treated royally. I can see that Liv Lodges is developing in the right direction. My decision not to invest was that the entry level was a little too high for my resources, but for someone with the right level of means, my opinion is that this would be a good opportunity.
