I have bought 4 personalised suitcases and several luggage tags with my company logo. I travel roughly 30 flights a year and have had these suitcases for 2 years. They have worn well and still in great condition.

Appreciate there were delays with bank hols, but the item (a phone case) is only just 'in production'. I thought I was helping a small business in the uk, but its clearly not the case. Customrrs - go direct on eBay and get it for half price or less is my advice. To the company, dont state you deliver items in 3-5 days, you cannot possibly, the BS in your responses is not helpful, and I wouldn't prompt people for a review who are clearly annoyed.

I’ll be honest when I ordered my case back in October 2023, I did expect more. I used it about three times and the handle broke in January 2024. I contacted the customer service team and they were very helpful to be here and they sent me out a brand-new handle however they told me that I had to fix it myself which I thought as a company with a product under a one year guarantee that they would fix it within their production team. The handle did not fit the suitcase in which I had and now I’m still waiting for a response in regards to it. But I’ll be honest I’m not happy at all. Because how can I spend £100 on a cabin suitcase. For it to break.

My order was easy to place and delivered in good condition. I purchased 3 x suitcases all personalised and the quality of the bags is amazing. It was a gift for the kids and they absolutely love their bags! Trustworthy company will order again!

Ordered a phone case, they sent to wrong address despite me giving the correct address and postal code.
I contacted customer service and they were completely unprofessional and rude, did not help me at all. Never actually received product.

Received my two medium cases today one black marble and the other jade marble and that are so nice lots of room in them and very well made,

I did email them to see when they would arrive and they were very quick to get back to me it took less than a week for them to arrive can't wait to pack them for our 2nd trip to Iceland

Please don't waste your time or money on these cases. My other half bought us both a case for our recently holiday and cannot deny they look great. However after using once the zips bust, I could understand if I had over packed however we was only away for a few days and took minimal clothing with us, the case was at best half full, however the zip came apart, one of the zippers fell off completely and had a nightmare flying back with a case that could not be closed. After emailing to try and get the issue resolved they just basically said its our fault and take it to a 'dry cleaners' as they might be able to fix it. We was intending to buy the matching larger cases for our next family trip but will now look elsewhere. Such a shame the aftersales couldn't put this right as the cases themselves look very good just a shady company who will take your money and then forget about you.
