1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience with LivX Capital
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LivX Capital.
The account fees are already quite expensive, and on top of that, there are additional charges. What is even more frustrating is the way the rules are handled when it comes to payouts.
From my experience, rules that were not clearly mentioned when purchasing the account can become an issue later when requesting a payout. This makes the whole process feel unfair and unpredictable.
If a trader purchases an account under a specific set of rules, those rules should remain applicable to that account. Changing or adding conditions at the payout stage is extremely frustrating for traders.
Before buying an account, I strongly recommend checking and saving screenshots of all rules, payout conditions, fees, and requirements. Don’t rely only on what is shown at the time of purchase.
I hope LivX becomes more transparent and consistent with its rules and payout process.

Taken challenge couldn’t trade
Taken challenge, but couldn’t trade, equity and balance shows as 0, and when I tried for support, it shows page not found, waiting for 2 days still no support, given mail but no response they replied issue solved it’s been 2 month still I couldn’t trade once , great customer support!! Please find the mails I have send before reply to this!!

My experience with LivX Capital has…
My experience with LivX Capital has been extremely disappointing.
I successfully passed both evaluation phases, but my funded account was later removed with the explanation that the website was under maintenance. After nearly two weeks of following up with support, I was required to complete Phase 2 again, despite having already passed it. That experience alone significantly reduced my confidence in the company.
The trading conditions also make the funded account difficult to manage. The spreads are much wider than I expected, and with a strict 1% maximum risk per trade, even normal market slippage can become a concern. This makes risk management unnecessarily difficult, especially on fast-moving instruments.
Overall, my experience has been frustrating due to the combination of technical issues, the handling of my account, and the trading conditions. I hope LivX Capital improves its customer support, platform reliability, and funded account policies so future traders do not have to go through the same experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that your funded account was not removed due to platform maintenance. The account was terminated because it violated our 1% maximum risk per trade rule, which is clearly stated in our Trading Rules and applies to all funded traders.
The 1% risk per trade includes all execution costs, such as spread, commission, and slippage. It is the trader's responsibility to calculate these factors before placing an order and ensure that the total risk remains within the permitted limit.
Our funded account rules are designed to promote consistent risk management and are enforced equally for every trader. While market conditions such as slippage are a natural part of live trading, traders are expected to account for them when sizing their positions.
We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to maintaining a fair and transparent trading environment by applying the same rules consistently to all participants.

Please never purchase livx trading account. The account has been down for last 2 weeks and there is not even single support getting to resolve it. Im a community member itself and there is not even a proper response from the team. They only care about making you to purchase their course and trading account. Its a scam

I cant the withdraw the payment, while completed the rule of 2%. Withdrawal was delayed and rejected many time. Everybody wants to pay $175 for 5K instant account ,but its not worth. because of withdrawal days.
In my opinion 2 step account is far better than zero account.
