Great seats. Tickets arrived as requested

Experience was as expected, by T&Cs. It’s a pity that the tickets were literally the worse seats within the confines of the area picked.

Purchased 2 seats for the Italy Wales 6 Nations Rugby International game in Rome last weekend. Took a bit of a gamble as chose the offer without any handling charge and the seats were fantastic. Tickets arrived in time and the team were quick to answer a couple of questions that I had. Would definitely use this company again.

Ticket arrived a few weeks (yes, weeks!) before the game so no worries about delivery.
The most difficult part of the day was finding my way into the stadium having got through the turnstiles!
I will definitely be using Liverugbytickets again.

But these guys deliver. We ordered tickets last night and paid quite a bit. After a bit of (unnecessarily) worry the tickets arrived as promised a couple of hours before the match started. It’s 4hrs before match I’ve spent 400£ still not received the tickets like this shouldn’t be aloud we’re panicking on way up to match but yet they’re assuring we’ll get them ??
After finally getting in contact good service would use again they just need more efficient number

The tickets were no more expensive than buying direct from the stadium and arrived in plenty of time before the match. Great service, would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Credit where credit is due! I was organising a stag do to watch Italy V England six nations in Rome... like most reviews on here I was sceptial, but it was a flawless experience. Tickets reasonably priced (yes you pay a mark up, but I don't think it's unreasonable at all).
Tickets came to my email in time, although I did get a second email saying the first ones were invalid - that gave me a lot of anxiety!!! But the new ones worked perfectly fine. Would highly recommend using them for anyone in need!

Would prefer to just deal with Liverugbytickets without Ticketmaster getting involved. Also couldn't get my tickets moved into my Wallet

I was worried beforehand about scams and the lack of a phone number to be able to call. I would have been happy to call Madrid where the office is based so this led to considerable anxiety and almost put me off. However once I began the process and the tickets appeared relatively quickly, I was mightily relieved. The actual process is efficient, quick, professional and with a human touch...just. I strongly suggest the team get a phone number so people like me can call you for reassurance!!
