We purchased 4 expensive tickets for the France v Scotland 6 Nations Rugby match at Stade de France. The match date was Saturday 15th March and as at 3pm on13th March we still had not received the tickets. They do not have a phone number and have not responded to countless emails. We've booked flights and accommodation, very bad and worrying experience...

Due to a family emergency we were unable to attend the match we had purchased tickets for. The process to reinlist the tickets and that there was no fees to sell them for us or the new buyer was fantastic!

This is a great site for purchasing tickets. I trust them and the process is very straight forward. The app for the Principality Stadium in Cardiff is great, extremely informative. I was very impressed.

The tickets arrived in the Principality app as promised. E-ticketing was straightforward to use on the day. The seats were great.

Wouldn't use again. Don't expect to be given tickets anywhere near where you selected and paid for. Complete joke of a service, if you could use the term service! They reserve the right to give you a ticket anywhere as long as it's face value is the same. Note, not the same as you paid, but the original face value

I purchased 2 tickets for Wales England game, I paid £370 which was way over priced however I was lead to believe I would have better seats so I assumed this reflected in the price. I’ve received them today and the value on the ticket is £60. I have emailed but they just replied with so expensive due to all the hard work to source them early blah blah. I feel I have been conned!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!!! I will use WRU in future. Please be aware of the extortionate, way overpriced ticket.

Great tickets. Easy transaction and good communication

Italy v. Wales tickets.
Tickets were available for printing about a week before our departure. Kept them on our phone as well as printing out a paper copy.
No issues at the venue.
My only gripe is that we paid well above the going rate for the tickets by going via your website.

Choose seats and paid over £250 for two tickets Italy v wales 62 Euros tickets received and down the front couldn’t see a thing, contacted them and they would do nothing .
And no refund on the extra money they took

Everything that was promised, including timescales was fulfilled.

The whole experience was fantastic from entering the gates to getting back on the tram

Tickets came through in plenty of time. Everything went smoothly except for the weather and the result!😁
