We had a wonderful day trip around Mount Fuji with Mattia. We had time to do quite a few activities like a speed boat tour, sake tasting, and most importantly - saw Mount Fuji! An action packed day that we wouldn’t have been able to plan ourselves.

Visiting Mt Fuji was one of our top priorities for our stay in Japan. We could not have asked for a better guide and driver in Fabi. He was punctual, engaging and knowledgeable, and his only goal for the day was to make sure we had a great experience. He took special care with one member of our group that uses a wheelchair for distances, and personally guided her down a short staircase for a spectacular view of Mt Fuji. We would recommend Fabi to anyone looking for a great tour.

I’ve done a few tours in my time but I’ve never in my life left a tour feeling like I’m losing a long lost friend. Fabi not only does a fantastic job of educating you on where you are going and what you are doing, he treats you like family. I can’t say enough positive things about him and the tour we went on. If you want to a fantastic tour, Fabi with Live Nippon is your guy.

We had the BEST day with Fabi! Seriously, if you have the opportunity to book him, do it!
He took us around the Mt. Fuji area and showed us some of his favorite hidden gems, or as we call them, the secret squirrel spots! We visited a beautiful private beach at Lake Kawaguchi, stopped at Oishi Park for ice cream, explored the incredible Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, and even visited a local sake distillery that Fabi recommended. The distillery was such a fun surprise, and we loved getting to try all the different drinks!
Fabi was what made the day so much fun. He was funny, easygoing, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. It never felt like we were on a scheduled tour. It felt like we were exploring Japan with a friend.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fabi made an already beautiful day even more memorable, and we are so glad we got to spend it with him.

Fabi was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable, personable and attentive to our needs/requests. He went out of his way to make our day a memorable and enjoyable experience. He suggested different locations, based on our interests, creating a personal tour suited specifically to us. All of his suggestions were spot-on and we had a great day. Can't recommend him highly enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional and Truly Personalized Mt. Fuji Experience

Our day trip to Mt. Fuji with Fabi was one of the highlights of our time in Japan. From our very first communication, Fabi was responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in creating a day that matched what we wanted to experience.

His local knowledge was exceptional. Rather than simply taking us to the standard tourist stops, Fabi made excellent recommendations and introduced us to some wonderful off-the-beaten-path places that we never would have found on our own. Those unexpected stops ended up being some of our favorite parts of the day.

What impressed us most was the personal service. Fabi listened to what interested us, adjusted the day accordingly, and created an itinerary that felt completely unique to us rather than a standard tour. His communication throughout was excellent, and everything was comfortable, relaxed, and professionally handled.

If you want to experience Mt. Fuji beyond the typical tourist route and have a day designed around your own interests, I highly recommend Fabi. His combination of local knowledge, personal attention, great recommendations, and professionalism made this an unforgettable experience.

Fabi was an excellent driver and guide.
He cared about our Japanese experience. He used local knowledge to make sure we got the most out of our day and we were very grateful.
He was social but allowed us to have family time to explore.
10/10! Would highly recommend Fabi!
Many thanks for a great day that will be remembered forever.

Mattia our guide was just fab! He was so knowledgeable about the local area and took us to some great places on our mount fuji tour to help fill the void of a cloudy mount fuji! Would highly recommend for a great day trip!

Seeing off the beaten path places. And the enthusiasm that they were explained.

Although it rained and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, Mattia made the best of it. The places we went and the info he passed on about Japan were interesting and made the tour fun. I would recommend Mattia highly for a future tour.

We had an excellent experience with this travel company during our trip to Japan! They helped us arrange several day tours as well as airport transportation, including a few last-minute requests while we were already in Japan.
Our coordinator, Moose, was outstanding—professional, incredibly responsive, flexible, and always quick to find solutions when unexpected issues came up. He made everything easy and stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly.
We truly appreciated his exceptional service and support throughout our trip. We highly recommend this company, and especially Moose, for anyone planning a trip to Japan!

Mattia was a great guide. Wonderful recommendations and descriond of places to visit around Mt Fuji, great insights into Japanese culture.

Nous avons passé une excellente journée avec notre guide Fabi. Le beau temps était au rendez-vous, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’une très belle vue sur le mont Fuji !

We had a great tour experience with our tour guide, Maz. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He was very accommodating to my wife and our baby and made us feel at ease on our journey. Will definitely use this company again.

We had an absolutely wonderful two-day private tour of Mt. Fuji and Hakone with Fabi. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful every step of the way, and one of the things we appreciated most was how much he allowed us to go at our own pace. We never felt rushed, and the entire experience felt personalized to us.

On our first day, we explored the Mt. Fuji area, visiting Chureito Pagoda in Fujiyoshida, Lake Kawaguchi for a cruise and the Kachi Kachi Ropeway, Jūrōjin, Oishi Park, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, and the beautiful traditional village and spring ponds of Oshino Hakkai. It was an incredible day with such a great variety of scenery, culture, and experiences.

At the end of the first day, Fabi brought us to our hotel in Hakone, where we stayed overnight. The next morning, he picked us up again for our second full day exploring Hakone. We visited Owakudani and experienced the volcanic landscape, rode the Hakone Ropeway, cruised across Lake Ashi, and visited the beautiful Hakone Shrine and its famous lakeside torii gate.

What really made these two days special was Fabi. He was flexible with the itinerary, helped us throughout the entire experience, and made sure we had time to actually enjoy each place rather than simply checking stops off a list. Having the freedom to explore at our own pace made such a difference.

This was one of the highlights of our time in Japan, and we would absolutely recommend Fabi to anyone wanting to experience Mt. Fuji and Hakone in a comfortable, relaxed, and personalized way. Thank you, Fabi, for two fantastic and memorable days! 🗻🇯🇵

My family and I planned for a day trip to Mount Fuji with Live Nippon. Prior 1 day before the tour, the company and our driver and guide Mr Fabi, will discuss with us and update on the trip to confirm the tour. Mr Fabi was very punctual when he picked us up from our hotel. He patiently introduced and explain to us how long we will reach to Mount Fuji. Despite one of the road to the expressway was inaccessible, Mr Fabi took an alternative route and we arrived to our destination. The tour went every smoothly despite the weather was not too good, but with some luck and sun appearing for a period of time, we managed to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji. We covered most of the tour that we planned

1 - Pagoda Chureito - Fujiyoshida town
2 - Oishi Park - Ice cream
3 - Lake Kawaguchi - Cruise
4 - Restaurant Kosaku Kawaguchiko
5 - Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen temple
6 - Oshino Hakkai - Japanese village
7 - Yamanakako Lake - The Park

As for Mr Fabi, he is a very nice gentleman in guiding us and showing us around Mount Fuji. If there is any chance to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji, he will immediately update you as not to miss the opportunity. Taking care of us and surprising us with a little souvenir from him! Will definitely recommend to him to drive and show us around Mount Fuji. Thank you Mr Fabi!

Faby was the perfect guide for us, although their were clouds around mount Fuji, he did his utmost best to show us several places, while searching for an opening in the clouddeck around Mount Fuji, but weather cannot be changed by men. At the end of the day he showed us some nice places in Tokio, the dinosaur bridge, the statue of Liberty and the Eifel tower, from NYC to Paris in Tokio in 30 minutes amazing. thank you Fabi we had a splendid day

I had incredible time in this tour. Daisuke was very nice and knowledgeable in curating sides. He got extra miles to make you feel comfortable. Visiting a lots sites and places and having a true Japanese experience. I highly recommended.

Très belle visite du Mont Fuji avec notre guide Fabi ! Très sympathique et très attentionné ! Nous étions un groupe de 6 et nous sommes tous d’accord pour dire qu’il s’agissait de notre meilleure expérience de visite guidée.

Merci encore !
