Very pleased with the both sided easel and paper and my 2 granddaughters are constantly playing with it which is lovely to see. Got the credit for the chalk (not supplied) but still not sure how the 10% for first time customer was allowed which I queried twice. But overall good product.

Great products and customer service from this company. Ordered a toy kitchen for my daughter a little too close to Christmas. Any phone calls, email queries, and concerns were answered swiftly and professionally. I was dealing with a lady called Kim. Product arrived in time and daughter was thrilled with it.

Good quality, sturdy, children’s table and chairs. Had a problem with a chair leg and they replaced it very quickly even though it was very close to Christmas.

Massive 'thank you' to Kim, who went above and beyond to track down my delayed parcel and ensure it arrived in time for Christmas. Really appreciate the care she took to keep me informed, particularly at such a busy time of year. Thank you.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!

I bought my son an art easel and an eco- consciously made paper roll from this website and I received goods from Amazon, cheaply made paper that was nowhere near eco-friendly. The easel arrived and was also a cheaply made item, not eco-friendly and it was available to buy for half the price I bought it for on Amazon.

I asked for a return and it took ages for them to accept the return and provide me with shipping labels. Eventually, I was told that they could not get to an agreement with their 'suppliers' They buy from cheap websites and double the price, then have it delivered to your doorstep.

I eventually got my refund today after about 6 weeks. I have been emailing every day for the first two /three weeks. I have reported them to Action Fraud and several other consumer protection agencies. Please do not fall for the falsely advertised crap on their website. The website is a false representation of what you are actually buying, the descriptions are lies!! Just so that you buy their overpriced products.

The items you buy are not as described on the website. They are cheaply made flimsy items, made with all kinds of chemicals and not eco-conscious at all! The little helper website is a total scam. Unbelievable that they are getting away with it. Please avoid at all costs! I did not have a birthday present for my boy's 2nd birthday and had to wait and fight forever for my return and then my refund.

If they have scammed you too, please report them to the police and Action Fraud. If more people report them they might not be able to get away with it anymore!

I recently bought a Funpod and I accidentally put my old address for the delivery but not to worry as customer service was very quick to help me and made it easy to fix. The funpod itself is extremely good quality and durable, I love it ! Thanks again, fully recommend

Bought a beautiful tent for my daughter. I queried the time frame of delivery and received amazing customer service straight away. Tent arrived and is great quality and so nice with lights and everything. Will definitely be shopping here again. Fabulous products on the site.

Just to finish the story, if feels appropriate to confirm that I have received my refund. It has taken 42 days and a wearying amount of emails.
I will never deal with this business again.
By the way, a simple reverse search image of their products will show that most of them can be purchased elsewhere cheaper.

Very happy with my purchase. Phoned to ask for some details before ordering and the lady was very friendly and answered all my questions. Good quality and just what I wanted.

Loving my new table and chair set for my LG - she absolutely loves it and its really well made. I had an issue with the courier but Becki sorted it out really quickly for me - she was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve amended my initial negative review. I experienced a frustrating time to begin with. There were substantial delays with my order and a lack of communication.
To be fair though the Owner eventually reached out and put things right. I appreciated that. The quality of the item is good too.

I ordered a hanging rail which stated a 2-5 business day delivery. After around 10 business days and still no item arriving I emailed LittleHelper to ask where my item was and to tell them I no longer wanted the item as it was too late for me. The reply left me shocked- they said there was nothing they could do as it had already left their facility but I could refuse delivery when/if it ever eventually arrived but they would charge me £19.99 for the pleasure! No offer from them of checking why the parcel had not arrived (it is their responsibility as they have the contract with the delivery company). I replied stating they were actually in breach of contract and breaking consumer protection laws to charge for return which they actually ignored for quite some time before spouting the same rubbish back to me again.
The item eventually arrived and is very poor quality and flimsy for the price with extra holes drilled in it and splintering of the cut ends so aesthetically it looks awful but I jave had to keep it as I am not paying £19.99 to return an damaged item that also breached contract. I would have taken the matter further legally but I am dealing with too much in my life already and I guess this is how companies like this get away with it. I would advise you avoid this company at all costs.

Placed an order 23 nov 2025 as of yet no movements no tracking etc. Radio silenece all day long despite the amazing becki claiming she would look at this today. Child age 10 wanted this for christmas. Now i have stress out trying to chase this company . While not knowing whether i should buy another one off a competent company in meantime as shopping days are fast ending as its christmas season. Im not going to let this lie. I urge people do not buy from this company. Leave complaints on social media instagram and facebook if they do same to you so that the public know. Dont let them get away with it.

Terrible customer service. Toy kitchen delivered damaged. Been waiting over 4 weeks for an update. Keep receiving the same email from Becki telling me she’s chasing it with their supplier. At this point the company is going to ruin Christmas for my children.

Customer service is appalling. I emailed to ask when my playpen would be delivered as it was beyond the guideline of 3-5 days. Two days later I received an email from a Becki saying “I will look into it” - why she didn’t look into it before replying to me is just baffling. Anyway, after giving Becki a couple of days to look into what was a very simple enquiry I emailed asking for news. No reply. Have emailed again. No reply.

The irony is I have now received the mat sections that are to go inside the playpen but without the main item they are pointless.

Anyway, I will wait a few more days before implementing a credit card charge back.

Such a shame as they have some lovely products and I would have bought more, but there is no point doing that if the company are unable to supply them and fail to communicate with their customers.

I can’t begin to explain the frustration I have dealing with this supplier/company. I ordered a chest of drawers with a baby changing table top in preparation for the arrival of my first child. On the 22nd of October I place my order, to this date I have received no actual information on the progress of my order, despite numerous emails requesting it. I have been given the run around with little keep sake responses, “we understand your frustration”, “we will contact the supplier”. As of now I have little to zero faith in this order ever arriving. I will probably have my child reared and going to college before it arrives. I will NEVER deal with this company again. Worst experience of customer service in my life.

UPDATE: Jan 8th 2025

Now to add to the disappointment of not receiving any meaningful updates related to my order I am now required to chase this company for my money back.

Out of complete frustration and disbelief on how poorly managed this company was I requested my order be cancelled on 26th November 2025. On December 8th I received an email confirming my cancellation and a refund would take up to 30 days to issue. We are now at day 31, still no refund and I now dread the rigmarole of back and forth emails I will need to send now in order to get my money back.
Even by UK consumer law, refunds should take no more than 14 days to be retuned to a customer once an agreement of a refund has been made.
I am literally one step away from reporting this company to the consumer protection agencies.

Appalling customer service.
I purchased a Sweetheart Children’s Desk on 5th November 2025. The tracking for my order stopped updating on 13th November, stating that it was with Yodel at the depot. I first contacted Little Helper about this issue on 15th November and was told it would be escalated with Yodel and that I would receive an update as soon as they had one. The last correspondence I received from Beci was on 20th November.
This desk is a special gift for my granddaughter and is needed by 30th November. I have tried contacting customer services and the management team all day today (24th November) for urgent help and support, but I have not been able to get through. Each time I called, I was told the team were unavailable—either their phones were ringing endlessly or I was informed no one could take my call.
I am genuinely disappointed and appalled. I have never experienced such frustrating customer service. This company has my money, yet I have no desk for my granddaughter’s special gift!
Order with caution- especially if it is a special gift!

I ordered a homework desk, they were delayed unfortunately but the team kept me updated all the way through. Very happy with my product. Would definitely recommend.
