Not trustworthy
Placed an order over a week ago and have had no communication other than confirming they took payment. No shipping information, no tracking. Especially poor considering a fee of €21 was taken for shipping. I half thought it was a scam. Attempts to contact them through the contact form on the website leads only to an error page. Efforts to call them are also difficult. Still haven't received my order and I doubt it will come in time to be gifted.

Your order is for a pre-order FunPod, which is clearly marked on the product page in blue text stating “PRE-ORDER for despatch mid to end April.” The purchase button also states “PRE-ORDER,” and customers must tick a box at checkout confirming they understand the item is on pre-order before completing the purchase.
Because of this, your item is scheduled to ship within the stated timeframe rather than immediately after purchase.

We bought the funpod kitchen helper; Having done a lot of research on the safety features we found this had all the design requirements (low risk of entrapment or tipping) without bankrupting us. We had no issues with the order, found the product to be good quality, and most importantly, our son loves it.

Lovely unique products from a great small business.
I ordered the pink bow easel. I was kept up to date as to when the delivery would be and it was very prompt.
The easel is sturdy and my 2 yr old granddaughter plays with it for hours. The magnets are great as she is learning her letters and already knows the animals.
It comes complete with a variety of accessories. At the moment she is playing with the chalk board and the magnetics but as she grows she will love the felt tips and paints.

Couldn’t Be Happier With Our Purchase.
My 9 month old grandson loves playing with these blocks -his crawling and climbing has really improved since using them. They look just as in the photo and the pastel colours are lovely, excellent quality and firm enough for climbing on, but soft enough to cushion any tumbles.
I would highly recommend Little Helper’s soft play set.

Little Helper bookcase…
I bought this Little Helper bookcase for my grandson and we are so happy with it. It takes up little space but fits a surprising number of books! The height and sturdy design make it really easy for him to look at his own books and choose what he wants to read which is exactly what we were hoping for.

I ordered the Little Helper Bookcase and Funstation and would definitely recommend both products. I spent some time researching both and found the Little Helper ones to be the best in terms of quality, design and safety. Both were easy to assemble and are a great addition to my daughter’s playroom. Unlike other brands both items are very sturdy and designed well for little ones. Very pleased with my purchase!

Refund still not received – disappointing experience
I’m really disappointed with my experience.
After receiving the product, we discovered issues during assembly, including scratches, missing parts, and unclear instructions. Customer service initially offered a small goodwill gesture, which I declined as the item was not fit for purpose.
The item was returned on 3rd February. I then received written confirmation on 6th February stating that the order had been cancelled and refunded, with the note that refunds are typically received within 10–12 business days.
However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund.
Communication has been slow and required multiple follow-ups. While staff have been polite, the overall handling of the issue — particularly the refund delay — has been frustrating and disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would advise caution and ensure you are comfortable with potential delays if things do not go smoothly.

We also apologise that the item did not meet expectations during assembly. This is very uncommon, and we regret that this was your experience.
To clarify the timeline, when you first contacted us our team responded the same day. After reviewing your concerns, we offered a goodwill gesture on 28th January. On 29th January, you advised that you would prefer to return the item, and we arranged collection immediately for 3rd February.
The return was collected on 3rd February and received by us on 6th February. Your cancellation confirmation and refund notification were sent that same morning at 11:19am. An email confirming this was sent to you at this time.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear. However, most are received within 10–12 business days. The 30-day timeframe accounts for international and offshore transactions, where processing times can vary.
Once a refund is issued, the funds pass through the payment gateway, acquiring bank, card scheme and finally your issuing bank. Unfortunately, the time taken at this stage is outside of our control.
We understand that waiting for funds to clear can be frustrating and appreciate your patience. We have provided the ARN reference number, and our records confirm that the funds have left us. If the refund is not yet visible in your account, we recommend contacting your bank directly and quoting the ARN number so they can trace the transaction for you.
Please do let us know if we can assist further.

Beware of the customer experience of this company
Ordered the Montessori play pen in January. Set the whole thing up for my daughter to find 2 missing parts. Sent back to Little Helper on 6th Feb. They have confirmed receipt. It is now almost March and no refund. Beware of this company. If something is wrong with your order the support is appalling.
Edit. Refund still not received. The slow payment of refund is a company choice not a banking issue. Further, despite sending back the clips that were bought as well as the play pen, I have found out these are not being refunded to me. This company will do anything it can to not treat you fairly. My 7 month daughter now still must wait for me to receive a refund before I can afford a new play pen. And now I find out they are trying to avoid refunding me the full amount. Am reporting to consumer standards to avoid any one else having to go through this.

Refunds can take up to 30 days, as some returns involve third-party manufacturers or offshore processing, although in most cases they are completed much sooner — typically within 10–12 business days. As this item had to be returned to the manufacturer due to missing parts, we needed to allow time for this process to be completed.
We processed your refund on 16th February, and the confirmation email included details about the expected bank processing times. Once a refund has been issued, the time it takes to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If it is not yet showing, we would recommend contacting them directly and quoting the refund reference provided.

I really don't recommend them at all, because I bought an item, paid for it, and then a few days later they asked for more money because it was for shipping to Portugal, and I paid... to this day I haven't received the money or the item...
I regret the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.
I've already sent several emails and still nothing!!!
It's shameful to treat a customer like this...

I placed an order for a children's desk in the evening, the next morning I sent an email to say that I wanted to cancel the order because I found it elsewhere for half the price of what I had to pay at littlehelper, but they replied after a long time that the order had been shipped, which was not true, and that I had to pay an extra 19.99 pounds if I refused the order. We’re sorry to read your review and would like to clarify the timeline for transparency.
Your order was placed on 17th February at 11:30pm. As we operate a rapid auto-dispatch system, it was processed straight away.
We received your cancellation request on 18th February at 10:55pm. By that time, the parcel had already been collected by the courier and was in transit. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or recall it.
Tracking details were provided on 19th February as soon as they were received from the courier, and we confirmed shortly afterwards that the order was already on its way.
Once an order has been dispatched, it would need to follow our standard returns process if you no longer wish to keep it.
As outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy, where an order is returned after dispatch, a return fee applies to cover courier collection and return costs.
We always aim to dispatch orders promptly to ensure fast delivery for our customers, and in this instance the order had already been processed before the cancellation request was received.
We value all customer feedback, as it helps us improve. We also feel it’s important that reviews reflect the correct information and timeline.

The worst company to order from
The worst company to order from – terrible customer service and completely unreliable
I placed an order in December for a birthday gift and was told they could order the pink version from the manufacturer, with delivery expected in February. I agreed to wait. February came and went, and I received no update at all. I had to chase them myself, which is already unacceptable.
When I contacted them, they blamed delays on adverse weather. After waiting even longer and chasing them again, they then told me the item had been lost in transit and could only offer grey or a refund. After making me wait months, they suddenly couldn’t provide what I paid for.
The customer service was absolutely terrible. There was no communication, no proactive updates, and no accountability. I had to do all the chasing myself just to get basic information, and now I am still waiting for my full refund. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful.
This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about its customers. They wasted my time and failed to deliver what was promised. I would strongly advise others not to order from them.

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused with your order. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been.
When your order was placed on 21/12/25, you left a note advising it was for a 1st birthday. As the item was on pre-order with an estimated arrival of mid-February (as stated on the product page), we contacted you straight away to ensure you were aware of the timeframe and offered alternative in-stock options. On 23/12/25, you confirmed that you were happy to wait for the February delivery.
In January, when you requested an update, we provided copies of our previous correspondence and again offered the option to continue waiting or to cancel for a full refund. Unfortunately, due to adverse weather overseas, our import partner experienced delays, and we were later informed that the shipment containing your order had been misplaced in transit. As soon as we received this update, we contacted you immediately to offer either an alternative colour or a full refund.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience this situation caused. While the circumstances were outside of our control, we did aim to communicate promptly and provide options at each stage to resolve the matter.
We value all customer feedback, as it helps us improve. We do, however, believe it’s important that reviews accurately reflect the full facts and timeline of the situation.

We spent a long time looking for…
We spent a long time looking for furniture for our son and decided on this adjustable set. My son is currently about 93 cm tall, and we were able to set everything up perfectly for him: his feet rest firmly on the support, his elbows are at the right level, and his back is straight.
A huge plus is that the desk and chair will 'grow' with him — it's a great investment since the furniture will last for several years and we won't have to buy a new set. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials: the corners are rounded, everything is safe, and there was no unpleasant smell upon unpacking. Assembly took very little time, the instructions were clear, and all the hardware was included. Now my son enjoys sitting down to do his crafts on his own. I highly recommend this to all parents who value quality and durability

I initially phoned Little Helper and spoke to a chap who was half asleep. Three weeks later, I'm now 10+ emails deep with a director and the issue still has not been resolved. Waste of time!

When you contacted us, we immediately approached the manufacturer to source the replacement camlock. When they were unable to assist, we sent one directly from our own stock to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
You later advised that it hadn’t arrived and that you had sourced replacements locally, so we refunded £10 to cover your costs and inconvenience.

I've ordered toddler table with chairs…
I've ordered toddler table with chairs for my 1,5 yo daughter. Delivery was very fast, table was easy to assemble. I really love the size as it's not easy to find something that my little one will be able to get on on her own. Chairs and table are very stable and comfortable and big plus for no sharp corners- it's very safe! Really recommend!!

Screaming for my refund
I ordered an item on the 3rd of December. I had to return the item. This was no easy task. Frequent emails and a photograph of the item to show that it hadn't been taken out of the box. Eventually some kind person emailed me to say a royal mail collection was booked on the 19th of December. I have now had to chase up my refund by endless emails and two telephone calls. Still no refund. This is someone's money that they need.
