I ordered may 21st and still have not received my order. I can't belive im already getting a request to provide a review of my order before I even get my purchased items.

I wish I could leave zero stars because It’s a terrible company,do not buy from these people. Your jewelry will not come out as advertise. I didn’t even receive the box that comes with it. It’s all a lie, do not buy from them.

It already turned n started turning my wrist green!!!!

Silver bracelet looks kind of dull, not at all the shine that it shows on Instagram. The gold bracelet I bought Broke as soon as it was put on. Reached out to the company and was just told they would forward my concern to the proper department.

I am incredibly disappointed with this necklace and feel completely misled. The item looks absolutely nothing like the product pictures. The letter is much smaller than expected—only about a half-inch—and it isn't even a bubble letter as advertised. I am very upset that I wasted my money on this.

Bracelet Fell apart in 3 days so don’t recommend

Although the pieces are cute. The quality is lacking! They are supposed to be "gold". They both are dull. The bracelet you can already see wherever the color is turning. The necklace is ORANGE not even a yellow gold but orange.

I wore the bracelet for one day and it turned my wrist green. The split portion of the chain was far too long allowing the letters to separate. Finally after one day of wear the copper base is showing through the plating.

It looks better in person than online. Love it. Shipping was quick as well

I never received my bracelet

I would love to see matching bracelets for kids design and necklaces look so good together. And recommending others to buy.

Pretty but broken. Customer service takes too long. Still waiting to hear from them.

It’s been nearly two weeks since order and posted tracking number for nearly that time but no shipment. Contacted shop pay and merchant looses and no response. I want my order cancelled at this point. It’s only two bracelets feels like a dang scam at this point. May dispute with bank.

0 stars!! I never received my bracelets that I ordered. Instead I received some stick of botox balm. I have reached out to customer service with little to no help or response. I would NOT recommend this company.

Bracelet snapped one of the links that holds the letters on while wearing for the first time

I got my bracelet 2 weeks ago. It is already fading and I don't wear it in the shower. Other than that I got it in good time and it is beautiful

I didn’t even want to leave 1 star but had to in order to be able to leave comment …my daughter doesn’t wear her bracelet in the water or sleep and in less than 2 weeks it’s green

It's beautiful but it came tarnished already. Clearly the gold isn’t applied correctly because the bracelet looks silver.
