my bracelet tarnished immediately

Save your money. My name bracelet came in broke asked for a replacement in May! Come July never received my replacement and tracking information was never available for the item on my end! Reached out to customer service said on 7/3 it was NOW shipped and I should receive the item in 3 to 4 days, as of today’s date I never got it reached out again now they are saying it delivered on May 16th, how can that be when it was just shipped on 7/3? Mind you tracking information has never been available on my end and still is not.
Bottom line, save your money, They don’t stand by their 7 day guarantee policy and they just didn’t want to replace the broken bracelet. I will be purchasing a new name bracelet from a reputable company not this scam of a company.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I never received my order! I reached out to Lisora multiple times regarding this issue & was provided an invalid tracking number every time. I was repeatedly asked to be patient while the system updated. This was such a frustrating situation as I never thought this was a fraudulent company that wouldn't honor their word to fix their error. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! TOTAL SCAM!!

I ordered on May 22, it is now July 2 and I still have not received my order. I emailed support and the only reply I’ve received is someone will reach out to me. Still no item, still no refund.

I paid for early shipping and that didn't happen... Waited forever!

I received my bracelet. I thought it was beautiful. It would help make the perfect stack. I’ve had my bracelet for about a month now and wore it for about a wore it for about a total of four times. It’s already broken and changing colors I was wrong. It’s important to note that I do not sleep shower or wash in any of my jewelry which makes the even more disappointing.

My bracelet turned my arm green and the bracelet and necklace have tarnished.

Ordered two bracelets with the deal going on. One of the bracelets broke after 3 days of my wife wearing it. They arent really expensive, so not really worried about it. She does love the bracelet with her name on it.

I haven’t received my order yet, and it been a month, i don’t think this is real, probably i was scammed.

I adore my new bracelet, but the necklace is a bit disappointing. I had ordered a bubble necklace along with the bracelet, but instead, they sent me an initial necklace! I’m eagerly waiting to see how this issue will be resolved.

The J in my bracelet is tarnished and pink! So different from the rest of the letters! It’s awful.

Very disappointed. Watched many many misleading ads before making my order. Ads showing beautiful packaging and unboxing. Mine didn’t come in a box. It came in the cheapest tiniest plastic baggie inside the tiniest bubble wrap. That is it.

Ads stated that it won’t tarnish and you can wear it in water. I have not worn it in water…I only have worn it 3-4 times…the gold is coming off so much already!! Now my gold bracelet is both gold and dingy silver. Add make it look so much sparklier than it is. I’m sad because I wanted to love this so much.

The bracelet did not have a secure clamp. It fell off multiple times throughout the day until eventually it was lost. I was only able to keep it for 1 day. Complete waste of money.

One broke and it’s not tarnish free it tarnished in two days and I didn’t even shower with it

Love my bracelet until it broke i just gotten it and ive sent the i formation over when i received it but still have yet to get a response order number 41805 sent on June 5 my order was delivered 29 May

I ordered the bubble bracelet and a double initial necklace, unfortunately, the bracelet broke within 2 days of wearing it, the necklace “gold” color is more of a burnt orange color and the pendant, from the back, the color is pealing. Unfortunately this was a terrible buy.

I wouldn't know how it looks! I ordered it as a graduation gift for my daughter. Got a matching one for me. They said delivered (showed at two times..2:40pm and 10:40pm). My doorbell camera shows NO delivery. I contacted the company and they can’t provide ANY information to me. Their repeated response is “it shows delivered on our end, so check your local post office.” I did and their tracking number shows invalid and they show nothing for my address. I contact support back and was told “we ship internationally and we cannot track it once it’s shipped, sorry…no refund, no replacement, it shows delivered.” They cannot tell me anything further. I was very excited and very hopeful. I learned my lesson, if you don’t receive it, they do not back the customer up and you’ll be left with a charge and no product, and they are not willing to just “help…”

I bought the bracelet in gold and silver tone! Absolutely stunning! I love them both! Fast shipping! Excellent quality!
